Extremely happy with our switch to Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
If has given us lots of efficiency with running reports, posting entries, accuracy, etc. The implementation team was great, and it integrates with out Payables third party.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fixed assets could be better but its a pain with almost any software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency!

Review of timesheet completion
What do you like best about the product?
First time completing a timesheet after moving from a different system. I find the interface to be cleaner, i also like that i can double click the cell containing hours to add detail if i want to while also not making it mandatory. - good flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
the search function could be smarter. When completing my timesheet i have to select a project, these are listed as P1234, P1235 etc. If i type 1234 the search returns as blank or not found because the letter P must be included. an improvement would be for the search bar to be able to search all of the entity string and return all appropriate matches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it easire to complete my timesheet reporting which saves me time, even a few minutes a day adds up!
First Time User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I think the dashboard functionality is a differentiate between other systems i have used. Whilst other systems have the ability to produce reports, the ability to create a dashboard to show on a page the key data by department is a great feature and something that should be focused on in future iterations of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall visual appearance could be improved, it does not have a fantastic visual aesthetic when navigating where other systems i have seen do tend to offer a sleeker user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system offers a better project based functionality which is how our business primarily operates, many other competing packages do not quite provide a level of project based working.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. I also like how there is a favorite page so that you can find what you are looking for faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of tabs and headings. Could definielty spilt things up a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is just the program that we use.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for bulk posting of multiple entries and fetching financial reports integrated with different platforms, keeping the transactions at separate entities.

Buffering and bugs while working in advanced modules
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct helps me in implementation and configuration of new companies, ease in migrating legacy data. It helps me in posting bulk entries and looking into real time financial data.
Cloud based financial management and accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
It is supports Salesforce, ADP and other systems. It makes easy to supports multiple locations. It has a strong automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited payroll functionality. Limited flexibility and UI elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the manual work. All are automated. It reduces the risk and makes simplify.
Sage Intacct Simplifies
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drill down and open links in reports is a game-changer. Customer support has been very knowledgeable and helpful with any needs. We use the software every day for our accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting. Can't wait to get the other modules up and going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to choose or select multiple accounts or codes in custom reports. Implementation has been kind of long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to generate more accurate reports.
Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to put in your timesheet weekly. The job cost report integrates the field hours to the PM team flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
First time users have a learning curve to navigate the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrating between Sage and Procore is incredible. There is no guess work if a project is synced with ERP or not. This make it so you don't need to reach out to the AP / AR team as much.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intercompany transaction capabilities. It has made my job a lot faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to edit certain transactions - when we make a mistake it takes a lot to figure out how to fix it. Not as user friendly as I'd hoped.
