Sage Intacct has been a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the support team, the implementation process was a breeze. This is an every day use item for me and it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports pull almost too much information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is housing purchasing and accounts payable all in one program.
Good Exposure for Accounting
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sage Intacct is the way it combines strong financial management capabilities with automation and real-time reporting. The cloud-based system makes it easy to access information anytime, anywhere, and the dimensional reporting feature is especially powerful because it allows me to slice and analyze data across departments, projects, or locations without building complex spreadsheets. It really helps reduce manual work, improves accuracy, and gives management the insights they need to make faster, better decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I find challenging with Sage Intacct is that the system can feel a bit complex for new users, especially when navigating through multiple modules or setting up custom reports. There’s a learning curve in the beginning, and sometimes even small configuration changes may require additional support. However, once you get familiar with it, the flexibility and reporting capabilities far outweigh that initial difficulty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit for me is that it saves a significant amount of time, reduces errors, and gives me more confidence in the accuracy of financial data. It also allows me to focus less on transactional work and more on analysis and decision support, which adds real value to the organization

Solid, User-Friendly Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I’ve found Sage Intacct to be a fairly intuitive and user-friendly platform. The interface is clean, and most core functions are straightforward once you get familiar with the layout. Day-to-day tasks like running reports, processing transactions, and navigating between areas are smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, adding or expanding modules can be a bit confusing. The process isn’t always as clear or streamlined as the rest of the system, which can slow things down when trying to scale or add new functionality.

Sage Intacct streamlines complex financial management by centralizing accounting, reporting, and multi-entity operations in a single platform. This eliminates the need to juggle multiple spreadsheets or disconnected systems, making it much easier to keep everything organized and accurate.

Seamless Financial report & journal entries uploads. Clean audit trails and the ability to attached support to Journal Entries

I have been having trouble working with multiple entities that overlap

Intacct is solving any problems related to audit support and audit trails along with automations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sage Intacct really automates a lot of the accounting work I’d normally have to do manually. Things like invoicing, tracking payments, and closing out the books are much faster and way less stressful.
The reporting and dashboards are also a big plus. I can pull up real-time numbers, break things down by client, project, or location, and get a clear picture of how things are performing without digging through spreadsheets.
Another thing I like is how scalable and flexible it is. It handles multiple entities and currencies easily, and it integrates well with other tools, which saves a ton of time switching between systems.
And since it’s cloud-based, I can access everything from anywhere, which makes it easier to manage projects and clients on the go.

Sage Intacct helps streamline a lot of the messy parts of accounting and financial management. It cuts down on manual work like tracking invoices, payments, and expenses, which saves me a ton of time.
It also makes it easier to manage multiple clients and projects at once. I can quickly see real-time numbers, compare performance across locations, and get accurate reports without digging through spreadsheets.

AR cash advance deposit and reports. The reports cannot be run with crash job number

We record AP AR GL in Sage
Great for what it does, hoping to add on grant-tracking feature in the future
What do you like best about the product?
What's most helpful about Sage Intacct is the ability to filter my views in the purchase requisitions page, and I like that I can easily search by vendor name, PR author, etc. I also like that I'm able to copy previous PR information to a new PR, saving time on repeated purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that it's quite difficult to find if a PR has been actually paid out, the statuses are not very clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct allows us to be more organized and thorough with PRs in our large organization.
My experience with Sage is okay, I find it difficult to drill down in the system.

It seems easy to navigate. For the most part it gets the basic things done for my company.

It is very hard for me and my employees to figure out which person interacted with inventory using this program

Why are able to use it to process our rental model. We are able to keep track on how long the customer is using our product.

What do you like best about the product?
We transitioned from Sage 50 to Intacct, so the functionality was much better in terms of being multiuser, in the cloud, and different modules with more automation
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complex with regards to the different levels and locations. Understanding that it is necessary in some companies but irrelevant in our context which has made it a bit more difficult to train employees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to keep track of our different fund accounts and forecast the net balances after commitments that have not yet been paid for.
