Automated Process and Advanced Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Sage has automated all AP and AR processes. This has allowed us to speed up productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more user friendly reporting. The reporting for the purchasing module needs some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has sped up productivity.

A comprehensive ERP for accounting professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has the most robust reporting of any accounting software that I have used. If you're looking to be able to create reports and have visibility into every aspect of your financials. Intacct is the way to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
One possible point of improvement for Intacct is its suite of direct integrations. Unlike simpler software like QBO, Intacct's integrations with things like expense management software, and dashboarding software, leave a lot to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to easily consolidate financials from two operating companies is the biggest benefit Intacct offers.
Semi-user friendly, very helpful help page & satisfying updates.
What do you like best about the product?
Help menu is good for whenever I don't know something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the DDS breaks and our data doesn't sink over perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a large company that is somewhat outgrowing Sage Intacct. It is helpful for our uploads of journal entries, user provisioning for my job amongst other things.
Great program, and easy to master.
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty simple to enter an invoice and rout to be approved. Also super simple to approve routed invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing a submitted invoice is a little hard.

Helping to get bills paid on time

I like how easy jounral entries are to complete.

I wish I could search any transaction for a vendor or customer from one scree.

Takes patience and a bit of practice.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can do multiple things for one invoice in one system. I have to use Intacct every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how long it initially takes to get to the needed pages. Having to open multiple tabs makes searching easier and cuts down on the amount of time I spend waiting for the page to load. It would be easier for me if everything I needed to do with one invoice could be done from the same page. I frequently have to refund invoices, and this can't be done from Intacct. I have to go to Intacct to find the information and take it to Braintree (both EFT and CC versions). There's about a week's waiting period for everything to process and sync; then I have to use Intacct to verse on one page and reprocess on another. It isn't very easy to learn at first either. Since there are so many back and forth steps, a lot of manual fixes, one thing at a time, it takes a lot of patience and asking questions. The terms are more geared towards accountants and not a billing support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find copies of invoices for customers and reverse and reprocess invoices. All of these tasks help the customer get invoices paid and make sure the right customer is paying. Seeing all of the brand invoices in one spot helps show patterns and if any invoices aren't paid.

Few reportings are not supporting, every time we have to download and run in escel

Its interface is good and quickly we can go and edit the report and Entries

We need system which disallow postings edit the Narration later which does not have consistency

Upside - Its user friendly and have potential to become a leading financial app in the industry
What do you dislike about the product?
The development in sage is not at a very good pase, the ideas take time to get implemented, some of the idea are useful and need a quick turn around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is helping users to take an informed decision on recording their transactions as it allows an AP user who is processing a PO to make ammendment to the PO via change management and specifically in the construction module its really benefiting us.
Easy to use but needs more consistency across the platform

Very easy to use, good customer support and has a lot of difference features

Not consistent between accounts payable and receivable screens.
