Continuous updates with stay up to date with what is going on in todays world

credit card module doesn't allow recoding once posted

Sage Experience from a New to Proficient User
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it has multiple modules that you can use to do multiple areas of Finance, it allows for segregation of duties which is needed for an accountant, and as they contonue to automate, if you embrace it, then you can significantly reduce how long it takes to perform most tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their import feature, and limitations on banking. The uploads are atrocious.

I am looking forward to operations insight and chat gpt.
Sage Intacct lets us close faster

Importing transactions into intacct is so helpful

Net asset restriction release doesn't recognize credit transactions

Ease of use. In Accounts Payable, Journal Entries, Accounts Recievable, the ability to duplicate entries makes things a little easier

The reporting features are still a bit tricky, when creating a new report from scratch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sage Intacct we've been able to be more efficient in processing AP Invoices, getting AP Approvals, sharing financial data, and accessibility to finanancial data to our budget managers.
Has enhanced our accounting capabilities and efficiencies.

The user friendly means to use the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so robust, it is hard to know what to implement and how to use all of the functions.

Being able to capture data in a much more detailed manner for budget managers to review and higher management to be able to make better and more informed decisions.

The general ledger exports and how detail is displayed.

Limiting excel usage.
Finance finally fairly friendly
What do you like best about the product?
In software navigation is quick to learn. It is simple for new users to navigate and use the tools they need while deep enough for administrators and power users to easily navigate their work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the users setup controls and systems access are overly difficult. I love the ICRW but there are several limitations with software use especially with the formula writer that could make it much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy data access for all users. Centralization of all departmental financial and physical inventory data that can be accessed by any user that needs it (given the proper permissions).
Move to Sage Intacct and it has helped transform the way we do business

We are doing a lot in Sage Intacct, but we are just getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can some logical changes that need to be made in its design; nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The import and integration features has helped us save time and money, and minimize errors and ommissions
The user interface is not intuitive. It's hard to navigate and find what you're searching for.
What do you like best about the product?
All the stores are listed there and it's easy to submit purchasing orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of the web page is all over the place. I couldn't figure out how to search for items I need more effortlessly.
