Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is a great product that helps our team work together to complete our accounting processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locating issues and digging into probels can be cumbersome at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The advances Sage is making and the recent training opportunities have been a game changer for our organization!
User friendly accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
Creation of the custom views and pulling the reports makes special about the sage Intacct
What do you dislike about the product?
The manual creation of payment summaries has to be automated so that the errors will be less while creation of customer advances
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct is user friendly it enables the new users to understand the software workings very quickly and also on the setup of the integration with the other software
Sage has been very helpful in organizing our financials
What do you like best about the product?
Organization & the attention to detail the website offers. We were able to quickly create & run reports based on our dimensions created which was very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in awhile we come across certain aspects that seem to be a little rigid. We would think there is a better way, but sometimes we are confirmed with the idea that there currently is not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us get away from excel spreadsheets.

Easy navigation, very easy to update journal entries without creating new ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a good problem, but there is so much functionality it is difficult to get up to speed on the product and fully utilize it.

Out of the box reporting complexity. Think how easy it is to use financials in QuickBooks.

By far the quarterly updates and how to videos and web pages.

Some of the bank rules and rule sets are a bit confusing to set up without proper training.
