Highly Customizable Platform Tailored to Our Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of the platform and how it is tailored towards my organization.

Confusion over how to create new reports.

Sage is helping us better track accounting and grants.
Streamlined Reporting, But Missing Prepayment Journal Feature
What do you like best about the product?
It is useful as a MAT, the top level reporting streamlines processes
What do you dislike about the product?
The prepayment journal feature was really useful on Sage 200, it is a shame that isn't featured
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to complete top level reporting across academies
Easy to Use with Great Courses, But Custom View Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Quite easy to use once you have become used to how to navigate the system. Lots of courses to complete to further your knowledge. Variety of reports are really helpfull
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to preset my own filter on customise view and have this set for all rather than have it automatically show current month (default ).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment reminders and monthly statements are now sent automatically from Sage, this saves hours as this used to be done manually through email

It is very user-friendly, which makes it easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything at the moment.

Bank Reconciliation - the connected bank feed is really very helpful

It has a clean design and a straightforward user interface.

The sheer number of customization and reporting options can feel overwhelming.

Sage Intacct provides our team with an accounting solution that everyone can make use of. Its user-friendly design makes it accessible for users of all experience levels, yet it remains powerful enough to supply our finance team with all the data they require.
Fast, Intuitive, and Effortlessly Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how quickly it operates and how simple it is to adjust the parameters for whatever I need. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which really makes things easier for me. I don't have to use it too often, but when I do, I am surprised by how smoothly it runs and can really see the benefit of this program over Sage100.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing would be how different it is from the past Sage 100 product we used. So, it was somewhat like learning a whole new process. Thankfully it wasn't too difficult to grasp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me see exactly what is being spent on a job-to-job basis at a very quick rate. It used to be very time consuming to complete the same tasks.
Excellent Reporting Features, But Budgeting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Sage offers a wide range of features that have supported our organization in various areas, including organization and development, but most importantly, in reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The budget feature could use improvement. As a non-profit organization, we manage numerous budgets, so having the flexibility to adjust them and compare actuals to budgets is essential for us.

Sage Intacct has been instrumental in addressing the challenges we faced with our accounting systems. Since we collaborate with a variety of local, state, and federal agencies, Sage Intacct enables us to efficiently organize all our information in a single, centralized location.

Love the ease of reports and how customizable you can get.

The amount of time getting everything set up.

We switched from Foundation Software to Sage Intacct. Foundation was our ERP for years but we were looking for more. Sage Intacct met our needs.
Reliable Cloud Accounting Solution for Finance Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct makes financial management so simple with its automation and real time reporting features. The dashboards and drill down capabilities of sage intacct are great. they help me get quick insights without exporting to Excel files every time. Integration of sage intacct with other systems like Salesforce works smoothly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface of Sage Intacct feels a bit dated. Sometimes it takes a few extra clicks to find specific reports. Also, the implementation phase required external support, which could be easier for first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly helped us automate consolidations, manage multi-entity accounting and close the books much faster. Earlier, we used to spend days (sometimes months) reconciling data manually. Now, most of it is streamlined and transparent.
Intacct Makes Financial Management Easy and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and stay organized. It's my favorite cloud-based financial management and accounting system. It helps keep all our customers' information in one place so we can provide faster, more efficient customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about Intacct! It can be disorienting when there are frequent layout changes, but that has not happened for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves accounting problems, and that benefits the company by allowing us to be like accounting wizards.
