Best solution for all kind of security
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things which i like in Duo as MFA protection , 2FA etx . As Duo work seamlessly and will intergrated with all your devices with very ease. Also the customer Support is the best in the market we will get all the soltuion within a give timeframe. I uses Duo security and recommend you to use this Apllication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is as such no dislike in this application but as some point we need to do some extra configration which is a bit messy Also if we plan to change the main mobile or phone number it is pretty long process and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our infrastructure security is the main concern which Duo Security Plays perfect role with Different authentication Levels also the admin as each details of every user which helps company to keep an eye in the security breach.
Duo Security - Easy to use and integrate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate with other services. User friendly. Can be applied to many leading applications. Customer support is US based and top notch. They answer quick and provide great service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duo security needs more granularity. The ability to bypass users per application. More granularity in user policies would be beneficial as well.

MFA is what we use it for and it works like it should.

It is very user friendly and I have had zero issues with its performance.

With the multi-factor authentication using the Duo app on our phones it is very simple to login at work.

I have used the application for Multifactor authentication and never had an issue with it.

I've only really had a issue once with my security codes not coming through but it could have been on my end. No issues since.

It has been used for our multifactor authentication solution for some of our softwares.
Easy Access experince with strong security
What do you like best about the product?
It was very challenging for the team to use VDI of our company due to security issues and organization was not able to give the access. Using DUO app has make it very easy when Authentication system is really nice and our team use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now we have not discovered any issues with DUO security, however its visuals can be made more interactive and with some additional features

Its helping our team alot when we use the Virtual desktop of our organization on our personal laptops which makes the work more easier while we our working remote. The security feature is really nice which gives a trust while accessing the important data.

Easy and Secure MFA solution with Low Cost

I used Duo MFA as second factor authentication for Palo Alto (Global Protect) and it work greate for me.
It is easy to use too.
There is a lot of Authentication method like Push Notification, Passcode, SMS, Etc,.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Duo Security is, it is a bit messy for first time integration with Palo Alto.
It need to configure local proxy server.
And if the user want to change Phone Number or Mobile Device, it seems a bit difficult to do the step by step procedure for people who are not familier with IT fields.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I want for my infrastructure is Simple and Strong MFA solution with Low Price and Cisco Duo is the only thing that meets my needs. Having Multifactor Factor Authentication service in Global Protect VPN makes me feel more secure as an IT administrator.

What do you like best about the product?
As a software developer I always try to use two way authentication as much as I can and I am trying to find a light and fast authenticator and I got to know about this app. I really love to use Duo and also love the UI of Duo. Hope you will continue give this amazing service.

Well you should concentrate of camera capturing of Qr code because come time it takes lots of time to capture QR code.

It's a very light and fast app. Which can be used by many user.
