Easy Enough for protection & coverage
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the user interface are my standout features most appreciated by me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything that I dislike about this app thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved by using Duo is additional security and remote access to resources. Benefits realized from using duo are enhanced security levels for remotely accessing confidential data for my daily work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Secure access layer, and user friendly for all, great tool. Would highly recommend this tool for confidential data access remotely in the workforce. Reliable and rarely does it go down as far as consistent performance goes.
User Friendly Secure Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
It provides dual authentication and secure access in any place and environment
What do you dislike about the product?
It's major caveat it's completely depended on smart phone devices and if by any chance your device not working, so you won't get the access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since now everyone is working from home, so there could be a chances of credential theft. With duo MFA enabled, even if credential is compromised attckers won't get the access untill user accepts the duo authentication, it makes sure only valid and authorised users are accessing the resources.
Duo is very simple and easy to use as a 2 step log in.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Duo adapts to the iphone and I can log in by simply showing my face id as the password. This saves me time each morning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the program times out or can't log in for some reason which is rare but happens and i have to reboot the app and try again. It requires a strong wifi connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem is that sometimes it will not log in the first time. The benefits is that it's quick and easy it gives you three options to authentify that it is you. I do the push to touch so the notification pops up and i click accept and that's it!
Duo university double authentication
What do you like best about the product?
The duo push notifications are fast and you can add several devices such as as a phone and tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot add a laptop as a device which means my phone has to be accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not see any problems. The am able to keep my information secure.

EASY TO USE - LOGGING INTO SECURE DRIVE FROM ANYWHERE
What do you like best about the product?
I can literally go anywhere with my laptop and this program will authenticate my password to allow use on our office shared drive. Best thing for working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it was a little confusing to setup but once I received help from our IT office, I got the "swing" of it. Works perfectly!

Securely logging into our shared drive remotely. Benefits our office with additional security.
Highly secure Dual authentication mechanism
What do you like best about the product?
Flawless and easy to use. in case of connectivity issues, the best part is the token-based authentication

at times the authentication popup doesn't come up on the screen

An additional layer of security to access my organizational resources.
Dou is a very good way for security if logging in not at your company sites

No one can log on anywhere except our sites without a Duo login approval

Quick two-step authentication, so easy
One of the simplest 2FA apps I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and straight to the point. Works for notifications, phone calls, and 6 digit codes that refresh every 30 seconds. There doesn't seem to be any issues with platforms. You can use it on WIndows and Mac and use it for iOS and Android. The admin portal is very user friendly. You can easily add phone numbers to users if they prefer to have both their work and personal phone setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the computer time and the phone time are not in sync, you will get a "Bad timestamp" error when trying to login. You won't know what is causing it since it doesn't tell you right away. Depending on how your computers are set up for your company, you'll be in a loop where you can't login because of the bad timestamp, but can't adjust the time because you can't login. The only way is to boot into safe mode, or hopefully your local admin can login and change the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company was switching over from using RSA. and the happiness level with users became night and day. They hated RSA's "PIN and the passcode". With Duo you only have to remember your Windows Password. When users were locked out with RSA it was not fun on the admin portal side either. The user would remain locked out until they were enabled again on the admin portal. With Duo, we were able to set it to unlock accounts after 30 minutes. In any instant that someone lost their phone, we can do a bypass setting, and they can log in as usual temporarily. We were not able to do that with RSA since the software was installed directly onto the laptop. For any users that were not wanting the Duo app installed on their phone, it still allowed the calling feature as an option. Such a small footprint and very versatile.

If you are using RSA, definitely switch to this. Your users will be happier.
Duo saved my companies life!
What do you like best about the product?
Security is key. Having an application like duo has allowed me and my company to get the safety we need, without constantly having to monitor every application. The onelogin system is genius, secure and easy for all of my employees. The app is integrated with so many companies, I have never had to request for soemthing new to be added, it truly is a one stop shop! I have also used this at a lot of companies so I didn't have to re-learn a system.
What do you dislike about the product?
when I got a new phone, I had to set everything up again, there should be a cleaner process on logging into your duo so you dont have to go down this road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security! Plain and simple. it also is a huge time saver for my IT department.
Excellent streamlined 2FA
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quick it is, even though it's 2FA, the process of sending a notice to my phone and getting me in takes probably 5 extra seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I've experienced so far, all good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving password security with Duo. I use it on my school's platform where it's protecting my grades, enrollments, and other private information.
