Easy to use, very helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to take a PDF and be able to type what I need to, change colors and fonts
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the erase tool would be able to go in different directions, not just left and right but to be able to use it more freely to erase easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
benefit in using this for my business is keeping documents clean and not having to print them out hand write on them scan them back in and email it, I can do it all in PDFfiller and keeps my documents clean, and is a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of making change to PDF's with their tools. The checkmark and other editing tools are the ones I use the most during my work day. I use this tool at least 5 times per day, and it has significantly increased the productivity with which I can change the forms I need and make changes quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sign feature is funky and the signature doesn't look that real. Also the product is a bit pricey, I'd feel better about it in the $50 range. I wish the sign feature had more options for style of the signature so that I could customize the signature and make it look more authentic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly filling in contracts for real estate transactions and making edits to some of the existing contracts that I'm working on. The product works well for quick tweaks to something. It has a relatively easy to use interface that integrates it well to uploading PDF's, altering the PDF's by erasing content or adding in content nicely. I also like that it can auto populate the fill fields for a speciifc PDF which makes it much faster to get the PDF's filled in for bank applications, title company documents, and other real estate transaction related documents. I personally work with investors a lot as well and I've found the tool to be useful for sending out documents that need to be signed by investors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you get a unique password for your login credentials, I would like to see the additional security measures they've taken to secure my information.
Why I Like PDFfiller
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PDFfiller is that it allows me to edit and save protected .pdf files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the search function for documents and the fact that it takes a little while for the program to open and save a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that PDFfiller has done for me is that it allows me to edit protected pdf files. One of the greatest benefits is that .pdf saves all of my work for me.

If you work in the legal field purchase this software.

Good web based program for filling sending PDF files

Still requires a flash extension so browsers llike Chrome no longer supported

Quickly fill in pdf docs and email them. Can also request signatures for documents and fill them.
Quality and Fast Service
What do you like best about the product?
It helps in filling out forms or editing drawings real quick. The quality of the service is extremely good and I find it helpful when i need documents signed or edited in rush. It also helps me in make new documents and edit them the way i like which is too difficult to do in normal software. The other features that are compliments this software is the fax option. It is a quick way of faxing the customer or the company employee the document. in addition to the fax feature, the print feature and the save to dropbox feature also comes handy. Printing directly from the website helps saving hard drive, as there is no need to download the file and then print from the system. There are more features included which are also helpful like those forms. Moreover, the shorcuts on the right side help to work fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should provide with the ruler option so that the drawings can be edited easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signature problems are the most solved with the software. Editing the drawings and the documents are made easy and I can do the rush jobs within time. It is usually that someone needs documents in the company edited at the last moment and it allows me to change them within seconds. The dashboard is extremely helpful as it sorts out the documents according to date and they all show right on the first page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even if it looks complicated at first, give it a try. Its super easy.

I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

Lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to modify; merge; create; add signature to any document. This program saved my day. Without it my work would be impossible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could add more than one page at a time.

Tons of features, just what everyone needs to make a task easy to accomplish.

I've found this a valuable tool to use in my daily tasks when I am handling a document that needs to be massaged. It's a lifesaver for me. Don't know how I'd complete tasks without.
Versatile & Handy
What do you like best about the product?
PDFfiller is easy to use and has widely varied functionality. From the editing of documents to the administrative/management aspects of the program, it is quick and simple
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements of the interface gets a bit busy. It ends up leaving me with a somewhat small visual operating space. It is worth mentioning, though, that this has improved a bit in the last six months or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using the templates to edit and send out letters, which I like. I'm also sometimes using the direct email function.
Easy to use, time-saving tool with great customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is phenomenal. They always answer quickly and fix whatever issue i have. The actual software does it's supposed to and increases my productivity x10. There are features included to import government forms easily or you can upload your own. The templates are easy to create and to make new documents using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of options can be overwhelming. It seems like the product can do so much and would take a long time to fully understand or use. The speed of the application is actually pretty fast but its not a literal immediate load time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to fill out government tax forms, specifically form 1098c for our nonprofit organization. The primary benefit is a secure place to share and store all our documents that we can search and edit when we need. This software saves us an immense amount of time. It provides a method to update and edit documents in minutes with recurring pages that would otherwise take 4x times longer fill out and complete. We generally only use this form an IRS form specifically but i can see the use case for many types of companies and situations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn to import your forms directly from their bank of existing forms. Be careful when editing fields so that you don't overwrite existing functionality. If you need help don't hesitate to do a live chat and screen share. Their chat agents will fix any issue you have. I've had them help me multiple times.
