Lot of inside.. could be a best tool but need training
What do you like best about the product?
a centralized work management system for day to day work management

it is complicated system and need proper training to use it.

Somewhat good for a bird’s eye view
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how intuitive it is, as well as the presence of certain hierarchy features and options for managing time and dependancy.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get a complete overview of who is working on what, it needs to be connected to monday dev. It also offers very few integrations with other applications, which can be limiting. Additionally, it does not provide an option for a personal workspace outside of the main project space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to keep track of internal company tasks, and it works fine since only internal stakeholders are involved.
Complex UI Detracts from Task Management Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Monday Work Management streamlines project management by allowing us to easily assign tasks to team members and track their progress. The integration with Slack is particularly beneficial, as it ensures that all notifications and reports from Monday are seamlessly delivered to Slack channels, saving time and effort in keeping up with updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found managing tasks in Monday.com to be quite challenging due to the complex and unintuitive UI, which is also sometimes sluggish and nonresponsive. The UI made it difficult for me to figure out what to do next or how to proceed, and it occasionally froze for unknown reasons. This was a major challenge for my team. Additionally, the team management module and profile management features are complex and hard to understand, making them overwhelming to use. Moreover, configuring Monday required dedicating an entire person to manage tasks, which isn't efficient for small teams. Finally, the platform lacks certain automation features that allow every team member to update tasks seamlessly, which I found was better supported in Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product simplifies task assignment and tracking, allowing me to easily manage who is responsible for what and the progress made, eliminating the need for manual status checks.
Useful but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative approach and the ability to use forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The increase in seat price every year.!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating project summaries and structures, the ease of use for my project team.
It works great for Project Management, not for Credentialing in the Healthcare setting.
What do you like best about the product?
There is a myriad of options and support to set up and use for your business or project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not so easy to switch something if you have invested a lot of time and developed it out. Essentially you have to start from scratch. This would not be so bad if you had a back office or "IT" person. I am a small business I wear all the hats. If I put the time there, customers and other things are not getting done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has all of our clients in an easy to view format. Everyone can see notes, emails, files etc easily.

I find the overall interface of Monday Work Management to be clunky and unintuitive, the layout feels more frustrating than functional. Using the platform often requires more time, energy, and effort than I can reasonably give, ultimately making project management more difficult rather than easier

Honest Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility, easy to use, and allows easy customization to fit the needs of multiple departments. My entire workday is held within Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is extremely high compared to other management systems that have the exact same features. The system runs slower as our use increases and causes downtime while waiting for a refresh. Most recently the common theme in our department is Monday is down again, view the status page for updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday gives full visibility to monitor my team in one click. Keeping track of tickets, projects and documentation workloads.

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates very well with the entire Google platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure for subtasks is very limited and creates difficulty when organizing a project; it has trouble updating the calendar with linked activities. In this regard, you could evaluate the functionality of Smart Sheet, which is quite superior for that and more open regarding collaborator licenses. This latter aspect makes Monday very limited and requires many licenses to operate in an organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mentioned it before, it has problems generating sub-tasks, only one level and with difficulties in the concordance between levels. Additionally, there are licensing issues since collaborators without a license cannot access it. I believe the Smart Sheet model is far superior in both aspects.
Works ok for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it’s easy to use and helps me see what needs to be done. It keeps everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to load, and a few features can be hard to find at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay organized and keep track of deadlines. Instead of jumping between tools, everything I need is in one place, which saves time and makes planning easier.
Powerful but complicated
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a good program with a lot of features but .......
What do you dislike about the product?
Their tutorial base laks on user friendly environment. I have had more success on finding tutorials in Youtube not in their tutorial base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides a lot of tools but as I mentioned learning how to use the systems is challenging.
