Keeping projects organized across multiple departments. Saves time digging through old emails for project details and updates. Customization of each board allows us to use Monday to manage projects, inventory, media plans, training schedules and more

Full use can be pricey. Integrations with Gmail seems to break often

Allowing for one place to go to manage project communications, team tasks, budgets, inventory, onboard and offboards, training schedules and more. Easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and intuitive to use. It updates in real-time, making it easy to work with your team and see the latest updates. The platform is easy to use and has a lot of features. Their customer support is very responsive and ready to answer questions and suggest solutions. They are always improving it and rolling out new features. They have a helpful library of YouTube videos and articles on their website that help to explain their product as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can have tasks and subtasks, but you cannot go more granular than that. It would be helpful to be able to go 2 or 3 levels deep. I also wish you could add labels to number columns. But other than a few small things, it is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us to track the progress of all aspects of our projects, including people assigned, multiple due dates, the status of each part of an project, links, etc. It allows us to provide the team with updates and ask questions organized in the Updates tab of each task. It also helps us to forecast what content we see coming to our team in the future so we can be more proactive and prepared.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reach out to customer support if you have questions. They are very quick to respond and help you solve your issues! They also have a helpful library of YouTube videos that explain different features, as well as articles on their website. I recommend just messing around with on a board and trying different features so you can get comfortable in the program.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharable boards to add colaborators are the best. Everybody can have visibility of the status of the tasks. Help desk can inquiry people on the field for more information. Adding photos is great to help understand problems and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that easy to use from the phone with multiple boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task assignation. Tickets follow up. Online updates, everybody can see what's the status. Contro over collaborators spend time on the plataform, last update, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using Monday.com is a step that will make your work a lot easier and more organized. It helps you to delegate and follow up quickly.
Monday.com has made managing several quotes at one time much easier.

That you can quickly and in real time check the status of not only your progress, but that of your peers.

Sometimes the automations move things that i wasn't expecting to move, or resets information.

Can see everyone's workload, so have a better understanding realistic timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of views available, can customize my information in many different ways visually to best serve my needs. I have multiple views with multiple calendars and I'm able to see so much information at one time. This program has sped up my workflow and I love the graphic details that make completing items fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the email feature could be better utilized for individual items, unfortunately, I have to continue using a separate program for emails and would love to have everything synced into one program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to manage all of my files and deadlines quickly and efficiently. Since using Monday, deadlines are easily managed in the calendar view with the ability to see the status of the specific deadline without opening the file. I can also keep track of trainees and their progress while completing my tasks easily. The kanban view helps me manage my tasks in level of importance and progress.

Just do it, it's awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable the platform is. We can section staff into teams to ensure the right info is displayed to the right people - this keeps things clean and allows us to categorize the content that's applicable for different teams. The boards are also super customizable depending on what kind of information you want to display. Customer support is also a huge asset. It's very convenient to reach out for support directly from the platform, and I've always received a prompt response.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to navigate the site when the menus/navigation layout change with updates. It would be awesome if the layout of the menus were also customizable to help tailor it to your company's specific needs. I'd love to see this customization added in the future! This would really enhance the already superb user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deadline and task tracking - the deadline function is a great tool for keeping track of things and their due dates. The reminders for upcoming due dates and weekly overview are a great tool for guiding through projects. The timeline feature is also a huge asset for tracking tasks and how projects are progressing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The platform is super customizable which allows for the potential to work well for any organization. Our team researched a lot of different project management platforms before selecting Monday.com - nothing else compared. It's well worth it. It makes life easier by keeping things organized. We've gradually added more aspects of our workflow to the site and gradually expanded the different features we've started using. I'd recommend new users do the same. Start simple and expand on how you use it and how complex your boards are. We tested out a lot of the different features to see what worked best for us.

there is nothing much that i dislike, i think overall it is ok, just that it can be cheaper :)

Single Source of truth for multiple teams
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, integration, and customer service. Response times are excellent, and Customer Success Team clearly show interest and involvment in your issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific features I dislike. My hope is that among the next integrations are Azure DevOps, but that is a new feature request and not a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key issue we were solving for was an endless stream of excel updates, scattered sharepoint folders, endless Microsoft Teams that ultimately didnt give visibiliy to key stakeholders in the org. Using Monday.com, I can seamlessly gather data for the Product teams, Sales teams for insights on status, and our own customer success team in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We reviewed several other platforms including Asana, Teams, and others. The determination, after a steady rollout in our org, was that Monday.com was the best choice.
