Great way to organize your workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Can create separate boards for each department and link them together. The best feature is the automation! We can have things move and update automatically with minimal effort so nothing gets missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do have technical issues periodically which can hinder production. It also takes quite a bit of training to figure out all the features and get them to work properly.
Main dislike is that it doesn't work well as a CRM - mainly only use for workflow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have established a steady workflow with Monday.com. It has helped us worked together to collaborate on projects and keep everyone informed of the process for each customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Monday.com is. There are so many integrations and the ability to custom build automations is invaluable. Our workflow is so much more streamlined now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about it. It's amazing! When I first started I felt a bit limited but the lack of automations but since then, Monday has come out with so many more options and a build your own customization tool as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously receiving creative requests through emails. Requests would get lost or turn into massive email threads and it was incredibly disorganized. With Monday, we have a form that people make requests through that directly feeds into our task board and its so much more efficient now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly suggest looking up tutorials on how to use Monday. It's a complex tool, but when you know how to use it, it's powerful.

I can build whatever our team and various operations need. I love how the platform is very visual and intuitive! One key thing I really admire that makes it stand out is all these visualization features built into the platform.

Sometimes I just want to share project plans in Monday format with people who are non-members/guests. There should be a feature that allows people to just view even when not invited to a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with so many companies and Monday.com streamlines our approach to projects. We are able to get on the same page pretty quickly on things that need to be done every week.

Monthly.com is extremely flexible and gives our team the ability not only to build project management systems and workflows that work for us, but also to improve our productivity. rice field. Our team loves to be able to work together as a team with Monday.com, whether they work in the same office building or remotely. With this software, you can connect your project to a schedule and proceed completely transparently.
What do you dislike about the product?
We all wish there were more alternatives for printing to PDF so we could utilize them in in-person meetings when we're not connected to the internet. The mobile app is not as adaptable as it should be, and I believe it urgently requires various modifications before it can be truly helpful to have on a smartphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do so much more by specifying responsibilities and assignments and ensuring that everyone of us is doing our job and not allowing chores to fall by the wayside. We used to exchange emails back and forth about projects, but now everything is well organized. Another issue that we are addressing is transparency. Everyone on the crew was confused about when key deadlines were due. Because of the Expiration Date feature, no one can remark, "I thought it was for a later date," because we all know when anything is due, which is a wonderful feeling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford this premium service, we strongly recommend it. There are many products available, but Monday.com is always on the cutting edge and constantly improving. We adore it and are never let down. We've been using it for two years with no issues; just make sure your team members clean up and archive the pulses once the project is over, or it can get cluttered and stressful to use.

I appreciate the automations and the fact that we can do everything from gathering feedback and displaying it in a chart to assigning automated project assignments. It's been a great help in keeping our teams focused on what they're strong at while staying on target. The capacity to collaborate with team members in numerous ways and conveniently track project progress. It's convenient to be able to add an informal checklist to a pulse or subpulse for further job management.

We recently began utilizing Monday Work Docs and want we could add labels to papers in the same way as we do to our dashboards. Our teams would benefit from scanning all boards and papers for labelling. Unfortunately, the scrolling targets leave much to be desired; searching and filtering function quite well, but there are performance difficulties; the good news is that practically every difficulty I've seen has improved with time, and Monday has continually worked on the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using an automated template each time a new transaction was closed, we were able to systematize the project flow. This was very helpful in providing our customers with a seamless experience and actually broke the hurdles. Monday also helps ensure that the project is completed cleanly. This is a great way to collaborate with your team and browse projects. It takes small notes so you can remember it, save the entire conversation, and the interface is pretty intuitive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that anyone who wants to keep tasks on track use Monday.com rather than spreadsheets or to-do lists. Monday has gradually improved, however there are still some concerns with response and quickness. It is recommended, although it lacks the performance potential of a native or offline solution.

Powerful and adaptable software that can be tailored to practically any workflow or project tracking need. It allows me to keep organized, communicate with my coworkers, and get a daily/weekly/monthly overview of everything going on with projects. The support personnel responds quickly to created issues and provides professional and useful replies in what appears to be an instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having so much freedom might make it difficult to keep everything together at times. We had to spend some time developing workflows to find the best ones for our purposes, and then we had to lock them down. When creating various groups inside a board, I want the columns in the boards to be able to differ. It also slows at times, so a higher pace would be preferable.

Monday.com enables us to have a single system for many things, which streamlines internal procedures and enables us to handle numerous activities and business operations effectively and reliably. We use it to track and deploy changes to our software and solution delivery. Forms are used to collect client data and conduct surveys. Views are used to show clients the status of the project. It boosts the efficiency of my work team by keeping everything organized and allowing me and my colleagues to access all of the relevant information in one location.

Give it a shot: it's the best-designed UI/UX project management and collaboration tool I've tested and used. I can only propose that you give Monday a try; I am confident that it will meet your demands because it is extremely adaptable and jam-packed with features and functions that will undoubtedly improve your daily work habits.

It is one of the best software products I ever used till now. Monday has lots of cool features such as different views of the same board to please all members of the team irrespective of their personal choices.

There is nothing to dislike in the product package apart from room for improvements, which I am sure Monday developers actively work on and bring to customers ASAP.
One area of improvement would be MyWork which brings data from all the boards but doesn't have different views as of now.

The site is very adjustable and adaptable, allowing it to be tailored to any requirement. I'm not naturally organized and am often distracted, but Monday has helped me get organized and keep things from going through the cracks. What I appreciate best is that I can create several views of a project and dashboard to share with different teams while keeping project privacy and providing customers with a thorough view of their project status.

I haven't come across anything that I strongly detest; this is because I now go into Monday knowing that I will find a solution and a tool for what I need when I need it. This is due to the fact that Monday is an ever-expanding tool. There have been a few cases where instructions took a long time to process, however this might be due to my internet connection rather than the Monday site itself.

Monday has enabled me to easily develop spreadsheets that track data; I can attach it to my email and arrange it to produce a task whenever I receive an email request containing particular keywords. Monday.com handled our issues with internal and external communication, team management, budget management, deadlines, client communication, project status updates for the team and client, and the roles and responsibilities of each team member.
