What do you like best about the product?
What don't I like about Monday? Monday has made my life so much better, I am more efficient, it's easy to use, improves communication between my team and I....the list goes on and on. Love the flexibility to customize based on our needs and so much more
What do you dislike about the product?
hmmm, I can't think of anything that I dislike. All of my needs are met and I can't think of anything else that Monday could do to improve the program. I appreciate the program and the support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I are more efficient and our tasks occur more quickly as Monday sends an email to us all when updates are made on tasks or tasks are done. It's easy to use which in turn means less time spent creating new boards, customizing templates to suit our needs,and has improved our team communication ....the list goes on d on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it now and begin using it. It will change your life

What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of features! The possibility of having several boards, filtering permission between users, and adding automation make work much easier. Also, the UI is really upfront and colorful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. There is a couple of workarounds needed when you start using it in an intermediate or advanced way. Luckily, the Monday support team is always there to help and find the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is how we can organize heterogenic teams. Each group chooses its own way to run things and then we gather all the data into higher-level boards used by directors. Basically, everyone finds their way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your goal is to use it, set that as the main goal for the team, not an optional tool. At first, some team members were slow adopters. Thanks to our CEO, we could boost the deployment and now everyone sees the bright side of having stuff organized and shared with everyone in the team.
Monday.com helps me manage a robust editorial calendar
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has a super flexible interface that makes it possible to customize it for nearly any marketing initiative, from managing an editorial calendar, to project managing a cross-functional campaign. I also like that there are a lot of templates available to me, in case I don't want to create a new board from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more intuitive way to connect boards. Our org has a lot of cross-functional collaboration, and we often end up duplicating work within Monday.com because we're not able to connect two of our boards in a seamless way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay on track with publishing deadlines, and allows me to work asynchronously with folks across my team. It also provides transparency that internal chat tools do not.

What do you like best about the product?
Excel can get a little difficult to navigate and read - I like monday because it's like a boosted excel spreadsheet. I also like how you can customize any board and invite anyone to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
On one board, you can have multiple sections. I wish I could change the layout on each section. For example - if one board has a status and date column - the second section will have the same columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me and my company organized. It allows everyone to see exactly where we are in projects and who is doing what. It saves the constant emails because everything is clearly stated in the board.
Amazing PM tool with automations and different app integrations, streamlining the workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Automation across the boards and integrations are amazing. The best part is that it's very easy and simple to set up, whatever the team size or number of processes, it can be streamlined effectively. I have used other PM tools but non are like monday.com, it seems very adoptive and evolving to new user requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat feature is missing, though integrating with Slack resolves this but a built-in platform or Slack inside the monday.com might look better. Email feature is just ok, can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketing agency, we were struggling with managing daily tasks and losing track of communication, files and assets. Most of the team was going beyond working hours due to waiting time on feedback, content and updates. The work pressure used to accumulate at the tail end of the working month. With monday.com everything is organized, tasks are assigned to relavant team members, better communication and everyone has great visibility of how things are progressing. Now work is completed on or even before time. Working really well for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely flexible and it doesn't hide all the features behind a gazillion paywalls. The UX is fantastic, I sometimes create boards and track projects just because I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
When the boards get really long and with many different columns the performance gets a bit worse. I could definitely use a better laptop, but it feels like the web app gets quite clunky when dimensions grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small charity with tons of moving parts and a small team, which means we always juggle several projects at the same time. We need to be extra careful with our project management and Monday has been able to help us manage projects better and more collaboratively, and that's particularly amazing as not all of our team members are tech-savvy

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Monday.com is the ease of use its interface provides. Me and my team had little to no problems learning how to use the platform and start utilizing its features right away. Other project management software usually has a bigger learning curve until you can properly use it to its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I ran into while using the platform was transferring tasks from one board to the next. The problem is that the task I'm transferring needs to include all the same column details to move to the next board seamlessly. Not a huge deal if you are shifting a task between to seperate teams in the same department but shifting a task from the Designers board to the Developers board didn't go through soo well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My workplace had a problem where we had a lot of tasks to accomplish per week but some of them were getting forgotten and not completed. Monday allowed me to have a space where I can see what my team has going on and track their progress on each task.
Next level Campaign Management - our team simply loves monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Where to start? Monday.com has completely transformed the way our team works. We've got to create clear work structures, proper campaign planning, and a source of truth for all team members. I can't imagine not having Monday for our workflows, campaigns, or any of our internal request processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. You simply have to make an effort to manage and maintain your boards. I'd love to be able to use some of the keyboard commands within Monday (command z) and undo or redo actions in a quick manner. The process of moving groups from one board to another could be smoother and can cause a data loss if columns are not properly matched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday offers clear structures and full transparency into our campaign planning. It helps us keep track of our tasks, deadlines, and documents. We've been able to improve our content-, campaign-, and email planning and definitely increased productivity. Everything is in Monday. Whatever anyone needs, it is found within Monday.

The most helpful thing about Monday is that I can have all of my tasks in one place.
I also love the prioritizing feature, so that I can keep track of what needs to be done first if multiple things need to be done by the same deadline.

What do you dislike about the product?
Monday on the browser is not very optimized. Slow, and laggy at times.
However, when I learned of the laptop app, I was blown away! Fast, responsive, etc.
I'd like to have the browser version work better if possible in the event that I cannot get to the app!

Monday has helped me keep my mind free of clutter. I'm sure we've all experienced the "Oh my gosh I have so much to do and I don't even know where to start...." type of workdays.
Monday gets rid of this for you in a blink. It keeps me level headed and helps me deal with the stress of a busy workday.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is great at keeping our team organized! We have weekly standup meetings and it helps us all to be aware of the tasks we're all working on. The options for setup of the boards is very flexible and that lends itself to the unique jobs of everyone in our marketing department.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike of monday.com is that there are sometimes features I'd like to use that can seem very basic, but require an upgrade. I realize this is pretty typical of software now, but simple tasks like summing a column aren't in the midgrade account we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team, but we are always working on multiple projects with our different subsidiaries. We were having trouble keeping track of projects and how we needed to assist each other. monday.com has fixed this issue by organizing and assigning tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used monday.com at two different organizations and after trialing many solutions this is the solution I've recommended twice. If you're looking for software to organize tasks and keep you on schedule, monday.com is a great solution!
