Monday.com as a Lifesaver for Project Managers & Operations
What do you like best about the product?
Their automations and integrations have made it so much easier for me to do lessen manual, unfulfilling work in project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike -- but more because it's still a young product, so there's still some features I wish it came with. But Monday.com always works on innovations anyway!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility on where projects and stakeholder requests are has been resolved because of Monday.com.
Their forms also made it so much faster for us to sync requests automatically in a database.
Of course, the automations and integrations saved us a lot of time too

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has allowed my team to get all our systems, projects, and regular and recurring tasks organized and in one place. I love being able to have different boards for each department in our operation and sub-boards and tasks for every step of a project. Plus the ability to assign responsibility and ownership, places for notes and files too.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be difficult to navigate to a task or a particular section of a board when clicking through links in emails. Toggling between different workspaces could be streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has saved our company from having to-do and checklists, systems and SOPS in different places all over Google Drive on different spreadsheets and documents.

For us Monday is a one-step solution it helps me to organize my team through this platform.
It helps me to track my team task and the workflow. It is an extremely flexible software you can moderate it according to your needs and wants.

The templates are outdated now and even no new templates are updated for long.
Also, i cannot use all the functions of Monday as i am using the standard version so it should also some good features to the standard version as well

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helping me to manage my team through this platform, time tracking feature is best not only this. The platform allow you to experiment and customize your board according to your needs

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable, multi-purpose project and process management tool. My favorite use has been to create our our applicant-tracking system during a hiring process. It worked well for that. I also like that you can turn pieces from monday workdocs (kind of like simplified Google Docs) into checklist items or tasks on a "board."
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't do full database-like functions or customize views of "boards" in all the ways you might want to (like, say, Airtable). It's terrible if you want to translate between project management and personal task management (e.g. Todoist or something like that). Other project management tools are probably better (e.g. Asana). Monday now has these simple "workdocs" (like simplified Google Docs) but you can't edit them on your phone! Kind of useless if I want to update a meeting agenda on the fly while away from my computer.

What do you like best about the product?
This project management platform is designed in a very logical way. The best part is the ability to create sub-tasks and being able to assign ownership to each task that is needed to be performed. It has a lot of automated actions that may streamline your workflow. It works across all platforms - your PC and mobile devices. Ability to invite guest members from outside the company
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really much that I would say I dislike about this platform. The main is going to be the subscription model. If your project team is sizable, it may get costly as it is done on a per/user basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An ability to manage, and monitor the progress of various projects that the company is conducting and undertaking. Without this software, any project management will be very challenging.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a powerful project management tool that we are happy to use in the organization. Creating, planning, managing and collaborating on projects becomes very simple and saves time for all users; it is a valuable resource for all work teams. The interface is excellent, intuitive and really easy to navigate. It has good integration capabilities with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an excellent platform visually and functionally but lacks features for customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very successful tool to make face to face needs within project and task management, the platform is very well designed. Collaboration between colleagues becomes simpler, as well as sharing documents and updating in real time the progress of all projects. The scalability of the software is high and its support is exceptional; moreover, in terms of price it is a worthwhile investment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a resource to take into account for project management, it is easy to use, has good user interface and the processes are not complex; we have done great things with our projects managed through this platform that I hesitate to recommend.

Let me start from the bottom, I've noticed a few simple bugs in the beginning but they've been fixed really fast. I noticed Monday making updates quite often and it's improving really well.

There is 1 small bug that when you're typing quite fast from the middle of a text, the cursor is jumping into the end of text byitself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, all our campaigns and projects that we're working on are on Monday. Simply say, its a really fast and intuitive cloud doc that can save lot's of time what's really important.

Managing integration projects via agile methodology
Great product, versatile and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Great for keeping track of project status, including only the necessary people on each steep, it is very versatile as it allows you add sub-items, upload files, comment and have specific notes directed to an individual, group and even external parties by linking an specific email to the updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are time consuming, you can add them and be as specific as you want and if anything changes the automation feature will do as indicated; however, there can be time-consuming if you have multiple boards that need to be set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a workflow, PM system. It does allow us to involve the required people per board so that only that group gets notified and can act upon it. it has reduced the clutter on our emails as it keeps it on the thread of that specific project. We are able to invite customer so that they can follow up on their project and allows a flow of communication in a single place.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Monday.com operating system is its flexibility and easy customization of any workflow to match my business needs. Also, I like Monday.com because it has a very user-friendly interface, easy to navigate and find what I am looking for. I also appreciate that it is easy to communicate with my team for maximum business productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike its timeline column because it's challenging to use. The system should have a place to store, filter, and access all documents like Google Drive. The system should also include more robust integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team to plan and implement project management effectively. Also, I can allocate work to resources and share my files easily with my team. At least with Monday .com, I can coordinate with my project team in one online location, which is a very challenging task when using standard excel spreadsheets.
