Monday.com has made a huge impact on my start-up company's organization!
What do you like best about the product?
All of the interfaces, intergrations, and automations are easy to use and set up. Everything is visually appealing and logically organized so all of our employees don't have any trouble finding and using the boards. The history tracking keeps track of changes and makes for easy fixes, so no one can "break" anything when using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to restrict usage on board without making them private or upgrading to enterprise. I don't like the all or nothing memberships, I want to be able to share boards for everyone but only have some people have some edit access and others have all edit access. My team of project managers has to work around this often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has become a source of organization for my project managers and the entire company as we navigate moving from a start up company to a midsized company with a variety of projects and products.
Monday.com is a great tool for creative teams
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up the workspaces was mostly easy and straightforward. There are so many different ways, and solutions, to creating workflow processes. It is a great solutions for our creative group. Also, like that I can put the ap on my phone or iPad.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many great features, it takes a while to dicover them all, which I am still learning. Highly recommend watching the video for an overview. We have experienced a few glitches, but they were resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Begin able to see at a glance where a project is at anytime is very beneficial. We have setup key touchpoint columns so that everyone on the team knows the status of any given project at anytime. The mobile app is also a great tool.
One of the BEST Project Management Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly it is to get started. It is very intuitive, which allows you to set things up pretty quickly. Also, I find their customer support to be very good, which is unusual! Finally, I love how many integrations are available so you can connect everything that you need in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything that I don't like about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps my clients organize their tasks as well as their leads and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity, and the practical templates that allow my projects to be tracked and measured, this tools help you organize a full company with different departments and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the area of opportunity in Monday is that is at first its complicated to understand all of its functions and different uses. But with time you start to understand deeply the tools for each activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the organization of projects within our company, connects all of our departments and we can automatically see the advances and timelines for completion, also assigning the person responsible.
Best CRM we ever use!
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, Monday gave us the freedom to edit all the tabs and made them the way we want. And it is almost like we can build our own CRM, automate it, and customize it the way we want. Not only CRM, I think the possibilities are limitless for this one, like project schedules, delegating tasks, differentiate tasks, etc. the way spreadsheet can be automated most easily without the need of having certification to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike from the service Monday gave us is how fast respond they are handling our complaint regarding any difficulties. I mean we expect the response is at least 15 minutes away, but they just reply to our complaint in less than a minute. Like guys, chill, you do it too great and left behind any competitor's customer service. But surely there is some part that I dislike, is their pricing mechanism. Why you put a limitation on automation, just doesn't make sense to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solving the uneditable part of the already established platform and making it customizable the way we as a client want. That is why when we left our CRM, onboarding our employees using Monday is relatively fast, because it is as customizable as it get.
Monday... Life Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the best task manager that I have used. It's easy to use, and easy to collaborate with other members of our team. We can create tasks for ourselves and others, as well as set deadlines. It has tremendously helped our law firm to track our deadlines, tasks, and allow team members to work together towards our tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a single thing that I dislike about Monday. I would use Monday for my everyday life, not just in my work life. The best part is that I can totally use Monday for my personal life and I have it on an unshared board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday, our firm was not able to find a single task manager for all staff to use that we all actually enjoyed using. With Monday, it is so easy to use and to collaborate. I don't think we could ever move forward without Monday!
A Planner's Dream
What do you like best about the product?
Simple design. Recently discovered the sub-item option which is really helping me to keep my board decluttered and easy to read. The team board is of real value and helps to keep us all on track together across projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm used to a pen and pad. The transition is harder than I thought. I wish I had more time to examine and investigate all the features more in depth. At the moment, I'm just using the standard main board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to keep track of things in a busy office environment. Working in marketing for an airline required a substantial tool to be able to keep track of all projects across the team in a daily, weekly, monthly and beyond format. Monday.com is perfect for this.
Monday.com Created EVERY SYSTEM for our Small Business!!!! MUST HAVE for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The features are limitless, if you can think of the system your company needs, Monday.com can create it! Starting our new business this year, we had no systems and FELT IT. Monday.com provided every resource we needed for team collaboration and system creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is there anything to dislike?! Any feature I have any sort of issue with in Monday.com, I quickly find out it's ME (user error) and Monday.com has a more brilliant way to do it than I could even think of!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ultimate team collaboration hub, allowed us to assign tasks to one another, track statuses, tasks completed, organize client information, organize our package details, etc. all in one centralized location that we can all work together on!
Simplicity is the art of maximising efficiency, Monday.com has it in spades!
What do you like best about the product?
Whether organising a backlog, a team, or a project Monday.com offers a human experience with an uncanny ability to provide organisation, tangibility, intuitiveness and familiarity. A truly useful tool for a common problem. With its myriad of integrations, it has proved time and again to be able to help small to large teams simplify and improve their processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's because I've used the tool so much, but I would love to see a little easier means of using numbers within the columns, for example being able to make simple spreadsheet-type calculations to affect status updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves for both item organisation and prioritisation issues within our organisation, whilst providing for communication and focus across teams and departments, which increases transparency and aids flow.
Monday helps me and my time stay organized and on time
What do you like best about the product?
I think the variety of customization on Monday allows us to build out a workflow that works for us. We have tried other products in the past that were similar and they were not nearly as simple and intuitive as Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven't found anything as an organization that we don't like. My finance team may say otherwise on the cost but the team that uses it finds in invaluable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of a lot of projects and keeping up with deadlines and coworker progress are the things we love most about Monday. It sure beats the old systems we were trying to use to organize our project timelines.
