Monday.com is an incredible tool for managing tasks and deadlines day to day.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations are super helpful to maximize efficiency and ensure deadlines are tracked. They allow for a wide array of tasks to be done automatically behind the scenes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am surprised that you are not able to edit the automations after they are created. I would love to see an update allowing me to revise current automations instead of having to recreate complex automations from scratch if I want to add another element to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle managing the myriad of important tax deadlines and the automations have helped tremendously with that. We also love the activity log as it creates accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling the work and making sure who does what is the best, and the way we are all able to see the progress and add comments and talk to each other while working on a project and exchanging the required files all in one place makes it very easy to work together and having a direct conversation about each project without wasting any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still struggling with the whole DAM stuff, it is not showing on my page unless I search for it, and using and understanding it is not easy, not sure about any part of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the process very easy for each project we have, especially now that we are working remotely, and it seriously saves time for all of us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that the software allows. its great to have a "Column" repertoir of useful options for most situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like certain features that i believe could be super helpful for me and others. Keep the pricing where it is and avoid increments or features disablement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps organize the team with a useful workflow.

Intuitive and Colorful Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to learn and is great at displaying information in a multitude of ways making it great for a variety of audiences. Compared to other tools Monday.com offers useful templates and can easily link to your other tools. In my experience other project management tools are either too feature-heavy to make it useful or don't do quite enough, Monday hits the balance perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all column types can be displayed on a dashboard, so you sometimes need to be more thoughtful in how you set-up boards if you plan to create dashboards from them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows up to create project plans and display them to all teammates. We are able to be more productive and identify project timeline risks more readily.

Monday organizes everything for us.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small organization and give us the option to invite partners to special projects on the go. It saves time connecting with everyone in each project. In the end, it gives us the grantt chart as well so we can evaluate the time spent on each phase of the project. We are still discovering all the tools but it's very easy to learn and apply the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to remind the people who were invited and not joined that they can still join. If there is a reminder that they receive I would like to know as a sender if they opened, deleted or something else. I do know when they join the project but I don't know if they avoid it or not. Or maybe I didn't learn yet a way to track it. But I don't have anything negative to say about monady.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't have any problems yet that require solving but all the answers to my questions I've found on monday.com through videos or FAQ.

Monday keeps me organized EVERY day

What do you like best about the product?
I run my own business, so the ability to have multiple boards and automate them keeps me organized and running smoothly as I juggle (or, manage!) multiple clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only feedback - and this is more on my side than a product failing - is that there are a lot of ways to work with Monday, and I can go down the rabbit hole to figure out which works best for me. The help articles are actually helpful, but as a 1-gal business owner, I feel like I'd learn more by working with an expert or having others use it with me. Again, not a failing of the product...more of me needing to dedicate additional time to become the power user that I want to be!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping both me and my clients on track for deliverables is never easy, but having a single place to manage my business (and some around the house/solo Mama tasks as well) is really putting "work-life-integration" into play.

Great software for managing several tasks

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is very intuitive and aesthetic to work with. Lots of features allow for seperating tasks and departments so everyone knows their expectations. Cross communication between departments is also extremely useful. The visibility of seeing others tasks and being able to comment on them makes for great documentation and reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit overwhelming, but overall with good management of the boards, it is easy to mitigate. Overall I do not have many issues with the software. Some customization for color schemes would be nice as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its creating a great platform to store my tasks and have my peers view them and assist on them as needed. It is also a great source for storing daily tasks that need to be referenced in the future, such as ordering tools or required equipment.

Robust but Difficult to Set Up

What do you like best about the product?
Really love all the capabilities and the colors that make it very visually appealing for visual people. My boss is one of these people and it has really helped her see progress and determine priority items.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to set up exactly how you want it, truly you need a dedicated person to be able to get it going perfectly. Otherwise, you will be tweaking constantly to get it fully operational and customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps solve prioritization bottlenecks and automation and integration struggles. There are many ways to do this, so if you do reach a dead end, there is usually a workaround using Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about monday is its ability to be exactly what you want it to be. From website forms that link new leads, to organizing our book of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to pipeline information from one dashboard to another, but I may just need to learn to use it a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a lot of contractors, and being able to use forms to gather contractor info and pricing, and have that stored in one place is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our team organize our CRM database as well as set up automated formulas to help keep track of our contracts pending & sold.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything that we don't like about monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a CRM to manage our client information. We also use it to show our real estate info for our business: upcoming homes for sale, current homes on the market, pending, and sold. It helps us keep track of which agent is doing which transaction easily too.
