How could you NOT love Monday.com?

What do you like best about the product?
As the owner of a task-driven business, I could not recommend Monday.com enough! Super easy to use, great UX and the automations are the best! The "My Work" feature and view also takes the thinking out of "what do I need to do today!"
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have some more "live" support readily available. We do a lot of customization for clients and sometimes I just want to quickly troubleshoot a board set up with an expert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com takes the overthinking out of daily doing! If tasks are loaded and deadlines are assigned Monday will ensure that things GET DONE! No more boring email threads or confusion on who needs to do what!

The perfect solution for our work team

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me keep track of important customers. Kaban view is my favorite, I see everything in an organized way. I just love it. There is no other application as useful as this one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am pleased with everything I have used so far. When we have had technical problems they are solved immediately. Is the best! Even the app is very useful, you have the notifications instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization, we saw a before and after in our work team since we started using monday. Communication via the app is also very effective for us. We can see the progress of each employee day by day.

Easy and powerful workflow

What do you like best about the product?
An intuitive app, easy to start using and helpful in organizing daily collaborative work.
The feature of having several boards allows for manage different processes effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it were possible to create documents from template forms and be able to associate these documents with workflows. It is possible to associate documents created externally, but it would be good to help completely standardize the processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup company, Monday helps us to put in place some basic processes, like invoice settling and employee onboarding in a collaborative way. The tasks associated with one process and the assignment of each task to multiple users helped us to streamline and put some control in our internal processes.

I like it due to its knowledge base and user-friendliness

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you provide high-quality support, knowledge base, and screen-casts.
Among features I adore AUTOMATISATION - it is very convenient that I receive everything to my slack channels as soon as the status changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that I cannot just copy-past values from a table to my excel sheet, for example, instead I have to download it and copy past from the downloaded document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our CRM tool as well as a notification/alert system.
So we manage there all our operational processes. For now, this is our main tool which we use on daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite view in Monday is the "My Work" view. I love being able to see what I have coming up that week, but also being able to look into the future! I've never been one for "dates" on my to-do list, but wow this makes it so much easier. I can easily change it if I need to, or I get the pleasure of updating the status to "Done". The best!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like that they start the week with Monday. I get it - they're called Monday - but WOW it throws me off. Maybe just like highlight Monday or something on the calendar. That's my one big beef with the software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using a different software *cough* Airtable *cough* which is SO CONFUSING! We were building all of these different views and it was causing so much chaos. With Monday, we've been able to easily put our Marketing campaigns together without having the trouble of not being able to navigate the software. Also, the being able to share the calendar views out to executives so we can see all that we are sending is so valuable.

One inch from total perfection

What do you like best about the product?
It's super friendly and really easy to keep track of activities, progress, collaboration, furthermore, it´s easy for my clients to learn in less than 15 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can get too many notifications, and to disable them can be a bit of a pain, so your email invoice starts to flood over monday notifications. It should be easier to turn off notifications for different boards of specific groups of activities. Also, the first screen should be "work of the day" instead of the Inbox, because usually you check your email first thing in the day, It´s just my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially communication with my clients, they want to monitor the progress of my projects (I`m a consultant) and they can log in with visitor´s accounts (which are unlimited in my plan) and monitor the job, the progress graphics are really a selling point for me, customers love it.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday is the flexibility of the platform and the built-in automation (as well links to zapier) - While I think they could still improve elements of the automation, it's very user friendly and easy for even beginners to start automating parts of their process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations in the platform (Twilio as an example, but there are probably more) don't operate in the same way as some of the other automation and workflows. i.e I can't trigger automation off all of the things I'd like. If there was a more homogenous set of processes for all integrations that would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with several companies, many of whom use Monday.com and I'm able to organise reporting, manage their workflows and assist in process help all via the app

What do you like best about the product?
At my work we LOVE Monday.com. It's a very efficient and organized way to go about things. From the second we switched over to Monday.com our lives become so much less stressful. Monday.com made it so easy to be able to keep track of what's happening in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! No complaints. It works very well for us. Love this website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us keep track of our client's requests that come in every day and get it to them quickly. It also helps us be more productive.

Easy, intuitive, game-changer!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to create/edit boards. Within a few minutes, anyone on my team can be up and running. We tried multiple platforms and this was by far the easiest.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. We have a Data & Analytics calendar and I wish I could figure out how to create recurring items rather than having to duplicate and change the date.
2. Would like the ability to export the calendar view to Powerpoint.
3. Wish some of the automations were a little easier.
4. I have integrated some other apps, but it's not clear where to go to see or set up items after it's integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having a hard time working ahead because we didn't have a single place for the entire team to see what was due, assign and manage tasks. Using email for approvals of copy and creative were creating bottlenecks. Monday has allowed us to work weeks/months ahead on our marketing calendar, creative request and tracking projects. We tried several different platforms and none have touched Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
The board automations that move items to particular groups or boards which improves company efficiencies and ensures all information is up to date, all of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit busy on the eye and the views don't always optimise the best on mobile but nothing scrolling or zooming out can't solve. It also lacks a simple undo button which would be welcome when editing multiple lines at once in error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiencies! monday.com makes information updating so much easier, with the notifications and automations it means nothing is missed and always actioned ASAP!
