Great Automations
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations! You can automate from a reminder email for a client birthday to sending an email when you have reached budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike. If one criticism - it may have too much functionality. There is so much to it and you could get lost in the detail. Definitely need to use those tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our CRM system. We have struggled to find a suitable CRM system until Monday.com. We can now host our database, keep track on all our campaigns and budgets all in one place.
A Must for small organizations looking for scale!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is totally customizable by anybody. The fact that anyone in your team that understands your process can build a tool that runs your whole business is great. Takes the idea that most people know and are using (excel spreadsheets) and makes it a full business solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that anyone on the team can add things without oversight can be dangerous. Flagging admin that bigger changes have been made would be helpful. (I think the bigger accounts have more locks, but the small ones need a few too, or notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday as a CRM and project management tool, and how we can integrate those 2 together has been awesome. Our team gains productivity and overall project awareness the more team buy-in that grows.
Excellent User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Automations make our lives so much easier, and the user interface is beautiful. Our President and Chief Rhetorician describes it as "exquisitely pleasant." The option for add-ons is cool, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for Enterprise is much more than what is cost-effective for our very small company. Ideally, there is a sliding scale based on the demands of the team. Add-ons are also frequently an additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to organize projects, track progress, communicate contextually more effectively, delegate, and gauge our productivity. It has become our one-stop location for Sales, Client Projects, and Internal Systems.
Monday is truly an amazing project management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations. It makes managing projects so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cant create columns per group. It would be nice to be able to create custom columns per group on one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With automation, it makes project management so much easier. I use to manage projects basically through email. Once I build out my board, based on my project flow. Which took some time as I had to look at how I and my staff worked. But once it was built, the board tells us what to do and keeps us up to date at all times with simple status changes. It's awesome.
Simple and yet an effective tool with great UI for Project Management

Data import from Microsoft Project files

Collaboration, responsibility and team work. The simplicity of the UI has been very helpful.

Work improvement thanks to Monday
What do you like best about the product?
The model of organizing tasks offered by monday as well as organizing collaborative work is really appreciable, and the different templates help to create space very quickly and to be filled promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In points of improvement it would probably be helpful for small teams to provide a plan from 3 members to take advantage of some agile methodologies without having extra licenses or paying a little more to buy them separately.

Improved organization of the team members
The use of the brought methodologies is possible thanks to the templates since no time is wasted creating documents and only some components are modified or added.
Presentations are easier to make because you can simply show monday and explain the progress without having to resort to external programs.
The integrations that monday has with some platforms are really beneficial to facilitate the work.

The automatiotruly are what truly take Monday to another level. It's the separator in my opinion. I also love the colorful vibe, it's encouraging in a way lol.

Very niche, on the computer version. closing out of a task window needs an X button.

Collaboration, organization & ACCOUNTABILITY!! These three things help so much when looking to expand/onboard at the same time. You can still keep a pulse on things.
vERY ADAPTIVE SOFTWARE but it does lag a bit
What do you like best about the product?
How once you know how to use the platform there is no limit on what can be done and on the various business opportunities that can be managed using this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software is great but it lags so so badly. It if multiple people are updating something they both have no idea what is going on because they will only see updates about two minutes later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You guys are helping my company solve their workflow issue and allow for transparency between all the departments. this will bring all of our software under one umbrella making it super easy to update and maintain information.
Use Monday.com to Streamline Processes
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so customizable that it is almost overwhelming, but exhilarating at the same time. There is so much you can do with the platform and it's actually fun to use. I have used Monday.com at two different companies and have taken a primary role at set up at both.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some use cases that don't work well for Monday.com, but you essentially don't really know that until they pop up. There are a lot of ways around those issues if you can work with a CSM, but another con of the platform is the pricing structure, which means that you only get that 1:1 support from a CSM if you have an enterprise account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team at Monday is always listening and truly hears their customers when they have issues. Platform wise, they are always developing new features to make their tool fit every use case. Process wise, I'm in the early stages of onboarding Monday.com for our creative team to collect requests in one centralized place vs through their emails. It's a basic process, but has already helped them streamline requests and who works on them.
