Great for working online with team and managing projects!

What do you like best about the product?
It provides features for task tracking, quickly adding members, customizing workflow and easily tracking the progress of tasks to completion. In addition, I can look at an overview of all projects with calendars.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is only suitable for teams of 20 members or less so It is very difficult to create more complicated organizational charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage my projects and take control over time and schedule. Furthermore, If I want a significant view or want to see daily tasks quickly, I can easily switch views and drill down or zoom out.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the most user-friendly and adaptable project management application I have used. After setting it up for work, I found myself using it for personal concerns. The best feature is that I can make modifications and add new degrees of automation whenever I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customized columns would provide more excellent space for user-generated information, which is my only idea. I hope the " discussion " tab can be modified to incorporate a time and date stamp. In the interim, I've devised a workaround, which is OK but not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage a busy calendar and multiple charts to determine which clients require my attention. Supervisors can see my workspace at any time to see what I'm doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps us to improve our communication by allowing us to have a "chat" on every subject. No time spent to remember where you were at. Everything is written,
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards could be improved, and I wish we could extract them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better follow up on every project, communication highly improved, being able to know exactly where you are at , at the first sight - such a huge gain of time and efficiency

Very good system for viewing and updating information

What do you like best about the product?
It's a really good piece of software for holding information about customers, projects, systems and other similar things. It's really visual so is great as a manager to be able to see where everything is up to and to easily find information at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be a bit restrictive, it would be nice to be able to have boards that allow you to hold different columns in each group. I understand why you can't, but this would make it suitable for reducing the number of boards required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's benefiting us by allowing for us to track lots of information in an ever growing business. It's really easy to see the in platform which makes collaborating and tracking workloads really easy. It's solving lots of issues that we face as we get more and more information.

What do you like best about the product?
- can be set up to work for everyone at every department - whether it's project management and tracking, or ideas dumping
- easy to pick up, doesn't require tutorials - very intuitive and everyone has no issues with using
- integration is good but can be better
- automation is good but sometimes not the best custiomization
- great interface especially if you like colour coding and making trackers look good
What do you dislike about the product?
- automation options can be better and more personalized
- more templates to choose from for various use cases/ departments
- easier to share outside of organization to collaborate with contractors and agencies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking in a smart and efficient way, whilst being engaging with colour coding, automation etc. Also allow collaboration between teams. Can't really provide statistics on ROI but definitely helped us organise GTM strategy and projects better

Works well for lightweight project management

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to use on desktop and mobile for simple project-based tasks without bloated software like other competitors. That makes it easy to use no matter where you are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike is having to go into the task to enter a comment. It is a little clunky for that aspect of it. We use it in ways not fully intended at time so it isn't totally their fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep track of projects, tasks, and supplies that need to be ordered. Any person can add to it and it sends it through to the assigned person without needing meetings.

What I like the best is that I can organize all the information I need using colorful tags and everything divided by boards.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been in marketing for 12+ years and have used a lot of CRM's . This one is the most visual and super easy to use. I'm a very visual person, so the boards make it easy to see the status of everything in one quick look.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, wished they had more integrations so I didn't have to use Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating all of my marketing and making it easy to keep track of leads / follow up with them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable monday.com is, boards, groups items, and automations it gives you all types of opportunities in order to create processes and work with small or big teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes automations can get stuck and be really difficult to actually set up, but that may be because you need to know a little more about how they work in order to set it up correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to keep track of all the research we do in my company so that is where monday.com became really helpful due to all their automations and integrations with other systems
