Transformed our work and culture
What do you like best about the product?
Communicating with team members and being able to share files, deadlines, milestones, and feedback in one place. It's like a social network for work, but an actually productive one where we get things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations are very robust and can do almost anything I want--but the programming has limitations. For example, I can't have the completion of one item trigger the next item in the list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone on our team can check the status of a project. We are better able to cover for each other when a team member is traveling. We can handle more business because of the improved efficiency.
Efficient and visual tool!
What do you like best about the product?
How you can have a personalized experience when organizing ANYTHING you want. Because you can choose multiple colors, and structures, information is really easy to observe and read.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started using monday.com it felt a bit too much. It gave me a sense of being lost. A better onboarding experience will be good, but also I feel it was on me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helped me keep track of my task, every communication with our clients, and projects,... see what other teammates were working with. I don't have an exact number to say how we increased but for sure I felt it!
Monday.com is an outstanding resource for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com integrates all types of communication into one central location. This has been a game-changer for our team, allowing us to manage events and internal communications from the same platform. Having used Monday.com for several years now, I've seen its potential is virtually limitless - especially with all the new technologies and connectivity platforms emerging nowadays. Overall, I find thatMonday.com helps us stay organized and on track with our work no matter what we're doing at the time - which is extremely valuable in today's fast-paced world.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about monday.com is that certain forms of automation could be more user-friendly and restrictive. Even though students have access to a lot of content, they need more creative techniques and lessons because of all the possibilities (which might be my fault for not paying closer attention to what they already have). Additionally, I find some of the product constraints unpleasant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of Monday.com's daily traffic is generated by users managing projects, marketing initiatives, and creative material. The outcome is a more productive staff and quicker approvals across the board.
Good, missing notifications.
What do you like best about the product?
Organizing. It helps a lot for Lead follow-up, marketing strategies follow-up, and Client Management, among others. It has helped the business with accountability and reporting, among with compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be able to notify via mail or text message with the user selecting a date and time without having to set automation. For example, reminder in 30 minutes or "reminder in two weeks, three days at nine am". Even "reminder December 10th, 2022" with hour selection.
I know it can be programmed, but most of the employees are 40 years old or above users, so it is not intuitive for them, and I have to program their notifications; even then, they do not like it as much as younger people.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client management and lead follow-up is the primary purpose of monday in our business. Still, it has been helpful for marketing strategy management, such as throwing campaign timelines. It has turned out to be accountable and easy to supervise too.
An excellent system for keeping track of your work and getting more done
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is my go-to tool for organization and productivity. I love the flexibility to create different boards with distinct themes, which has helped me immensely prioritize my obligations. Additionally, I can quickly assist team members in understanding the present status of a project and what tasks need to be completed. Monday.com keeps our team on track and productive by helping us keep track of daily and weekly tasks; Plus, I rely on social media and marketing schedules that can be edited and exported into an Excel spreadsheet--it's fantastic! Put Monday.com rocks!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to encounter too many negatives with monday.com. I have one problem: the dashboard view needs to be mobile-friendly. I can view a list of my projects on my phone, but I cannot access their information by tapping on anything. The only way I can use the app is by checking notifications or using other features, as my primary use case for this app was the dashboard function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all active projects, tasks, and their corresponding subtasks within everyone's line of sight, so it is easier to work on them. The use of color coding simplifies work organization, and several customizable status updates keep everyone involved in the project informed of its progress.
Monday.com is helpful for keeping a detailed plan up to date in one location
What do you like best about the product?
You can assign tasks to particular people so that you know who is responsible for each point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the boards are all 'workspaces' with equal value. Ideally you'd be able to create one big workspace for a project, then split this out into subteams to create a project plan for each separate team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep track of where each item is in terms of priority and updates for a project with lots of moving parts.
good prodocut but to expansive
What do you like best about the product?
The time tracking feature and the ability to add people to a workspace. also the ability to add big files and the cell that calculate all the numbers and show them combain
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you should present a pricing policy that is more flexible according to the needs of the users at the moment for users like me with a small business, the pricing does not seem fair to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mandy gives me peace of mind and relieves me of the stress involved in manually monitoring the progress of all my projects
Absolutely love tasks and project management in Monday
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and helps so well to keep track of everything. like there is automation and transparency to manage each task and complex projects
What do you dislike about the product?
importing data from excel is not perfect need to clean up. if someone in your team does not use it then the data is useless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reason why I got started was we had too many tasks and could not keep track on a simple excel sheet. and then from there, we moved everything into Monday now it's a powerful platform for everything.
Monday.com is the best website for task management and organization!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday.com is its ease of use. Despite the fact that Microsoft Project has a few additional functions, Monday.com has not proven inadequate in its capacity to track or fulfill the work required by my businesses. As well as this, it is quite easy to use and there is little resistance to admission - you are not overwhelmed by the program's UI and unsure of where to begin. Everyone with even little computer expertise should be able comprehend this strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's something I don't understand about the progress indicator; even when I complete each individual subtask, the project is not recognized as complete. This sort of occurrence has occurred previously and can result in more work for my teams, which is a recent downside. Perhaps I'm overlooking something apparent, but I cannot find a means to track the publication's edition history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are striving to resolve the issue of information concealment. While different members of their team focus on different facets of a single assignment, they all have access to the most up-to-date version of that task and can make any necessary changes.
Monday can be a good project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is Monday's best feature. It is easy to set up various formats and to color code them. It is easy to drag and drop to get the format or order as you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like I had to create a more customized dashboard to get what I wanted for daily review versus having a canned view available to me. In addition, the pricing tier is not friendly to small businesses and/or solopreneurs. Very limited in features and access in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is good for project management. I used it more for the day-to-day functions personally as I have many aspects of my job that don't necessarily connect so Monday was helpful in letting me stay organized and task-focused.
