Excellent system for tracking progress, and planning
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is sometimes a little tricky to use an views alot differently. Some automations don't exist even when creating your own, making some tasks more manual compared to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows a universal platform for all to use, promoting collaborative working. Allows people to pick up other people's work due to accurate data entry enabling all to see where everyone is with an item at any time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday.com as a CRM and team tracking. I love the integration features that allow me to assign tasks to my team effortlessly. We're always all on the same page on tasks that keep us on track for sales closing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to have easier access to support or billing issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized and managing a pipeline so we can close deals on time and keep the team on track to provide an excellent customer experience. monday.com is so easy to use and powerful.
Pain-free and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The templates! I don't have to create one from scratch, which is the best part for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't encountered a feature I didn't like or something I wanted that was missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of people's tasks. We are a small group but everyone has a different set of tasks, and it's not always easy to keep track of each and everyone's progress. But Monday has made all that pain-free. I have a full view of everyone, and where they currently are daily.

The table view can be awkward to resize columns
The table view doesn't assume the same columns for sub tasks as tasks, which is annoying
The dependencies don't seem to be reliable (don't adjust automatically)

We are only just introducing good project management practice at my organisation and Monday is helping us to do this
Good for a plethora of uses!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday to manage both short-term (2-12 business days) projects and long-term (3 months+) projects. We really like the customization abilities Monday offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations are both a blessing and a curse. Some are very helpful, but if you make too many on one board you have to think like a code-writer to get the order and precedence correct, which can be a bit difficult for someone without that type of knowledge/experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep us very organized and our projects on track. Gives us plenty of opportunities to consolidate our policies and procedures (saved in Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.) all into the one system - Monday!

the project managment capabilities the software provides to the whole organization and the API is progressed as well as the internal widgets and dashboards overall the system

there is no much to dislike about the program it does its purpose and I will recommend it to anyone looking for a good time-saving tool for project management.

Monday transformed the systems in my business
What do you like best about the product?
Before I was using Monday.com, my business was disorganized. The endless tools available on the platform make it so easy to streamline any project we are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is next to nothing that I dislike about the platform. There are so many tools available, so whatever you want to do can be done with this software. Whenever we have experienced any kind of very minor tech issue (which have been incredibly rare in the years I have been using the platform), the team is quick to resolve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software has taken the business off of my local computer and placed it on a platform that allows me to step away from my business and let the team handle things. Monday has allowed me to be more intentional when pre-planning projects, and the tools allow for easy file sharing, communication, and much more. My business used to be a mess, but now everything is systematized, and everything runs more smoothly.
Great for Data Processing

I love how organized monday makes my day to day schedule. I work in data entry and have lots of files to go through, and monday makes it so easy to see where I'm at!

I do wish that monday would have a built in timer.

Organization, time management, and shareable workload. It makes my team aware of what needs to be done and what priority is assigned to what project.

My favorite thing about Monday is that it is an organizational tool that can be as individual and as collective as you would like. The tool helps keep me accountable while also holding myself accountable to my teammates by providing work visibility, which I love.

The interface may be a little bit more sleek to keep up with the times (minimalist designs), but I understand that a robust platform can sometimes be difficult to design in such a way.
