It is a platform that greatly helps to organize work and allows the team to function.
What do you like best about the product?
That gives notices when an activity is assigned to you and when it is about to expire, in addition to tagging others on the team, as well as being able to upload designs and create timeline tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes colleagues cannot respond quickly, if there were an urgent function or that when tagging someone it sends a notification that they should respond quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to make work lists, with dates and sections for copies, helps me keep my activities and those of the work team organized, and helps me be punctual with deliveries.
User-friendly tool for project tracking and task management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is one of the most intuitive project management tools on the market -- great for teams that want enough functionality & customization to be dangerous, but may not be super users (or have the budget for hyper-customized tools/software). It does a little bit of everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some integrations lacking in Monday that would take it to the next level, specifically for sales/marketing. The relationship/contact management features were pretty minimal up until recently, but I know they just launched a new CRM, so that may do the trick for folks who aren't ready to jump into salesforce or hubspot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is excellent for basic exec dashboarding, and as CMS with multiple review stages. It helps us connect our disparate data for the most part (though it's still missing a Squarespace integration).
Easy Organization & Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple visual layout. The drop-down choices for columns make it easy to consider what I might need in terms of organization and flow so other team members can follow my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The in-browser version can be laggy and difficult to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Monday is solving for how we assign tasks and organize our workflow. We are able to track everything from expenses to group leader timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
Fully customisable and proven project management software with established and easy to follow best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is the key consideration when compared to many other solutions. Ideal for enterprise users who have outgrown the freeium project management small business software options. Highly recommend.

The most useful part of the Board is being able to see what my team is doing as well as make sure we are all following the same procedures.

Sometimes excel sheets do not enter correctly, and need to be converted to a PDF in order to be saved

Creating one space for all employees of the company to go for all projects, instructions, workflows and where to leave feedback on what is needed to do better.

Monday helps me maintain focus. It is flexible and customizable for every business. The project management features and automations make work flows so much easier! I wouldn’t be nearly as productive without Monday

I don't have any complaints! I have used it from the beginning and i would never do with out. No dislikes. No complaints. All new functions work great. I'm sure i haven't even explored all capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is adjustable to meet your requirements. This implies you can construct your work processes in any capacity that works for you and your group. This is one of the fundamental motivations behind why countless groups across businesses and seas have embraced this stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to follow time and costs. A few clients find it trying to follow time against each errand and the expense for every connected undertaking for a specific client. Likewise, it doesn't have a Gantt diagram or intends to have one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For following client work. Showcasing groups can follow projects for their clients. From their load up, the undertaking administrator makes the errands, allocates them, and characterizes the period. Colleagues work on the various chores allotted to everyone, like composing the materials, shooting the recordings, and fostering advancement, and that's just the beginning.
Organization at It's BEST!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps me organized for many of my workflows. I am a visual person, so the color coding for each topic is very helpful. MDC also helps me create sub-tasks for each task that I must execute. It's also good to create Gantt Charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to create specific columns for additional phone numbers and be able to create columns for specific information. Overall I appreciate how Monday.com keeps me and my colleagues organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps me organized and helps me remember each task in a process. There are many tasks for many of my workflows, so using Monday.com as a checklist is very helpful for me.

The tool is shareable internally and externally and does not require additional permissions at the org level.

Unavailability of some forms to build the entire process of Project management. I wish there were some templates
