Effective task management
What do you like best about the product?
You can keep tasks organized and collaborate with others easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not great for recurring annual tasks in terms of being able to set renewal dates. The dates that it wants you to select are based on duration, not the actual date, for this example, that the annual task needs to be done (e.g. annually on December 15).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track RFP's and for assigning work to teams.
Great Platform for video production
What do you like best about the product?
As a filmmaker/animator for my company I find the integrated tools that Monday.com offers for video work second to none. It's great to be able to add both video files and embed YouTube links within the project updates!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit on the video upload size of 500 MB, though with Youtube link integration this has never really been an issue for my day-to-day work and is only occasionally frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped me with my work in many ways - it has helped me to streamline my video production process by giving me access to instant feedback from my wider team and clients, with specific timestamps for amends within videos being a particularly useful feature.

Easy to set up, UI is nice, easy to use, great for contacts tracking for scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very intuitive platform for project management. It's easy for my clients to catch on to even if they've never used PM software before. I'm able to record a short video walkthrough using Loom and get them up and running quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish board permissions were available on a lower plan. Privacy between client boards is the only reason I pay for the plan I do, so that's a downside to the pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides me with a portal where I can share documents with my clients. This lets us exchange files and comments without having information lost in emails.

I like that it is very clear and organized and contains a lot of data. very efficient.

all tables on the board must have the same columns.

I really enjoy the customizations that Monday allows. Having the due date included. Or providing notifications when something has been assigned to you.

We have to copy a lot of things for new tasks. Sometimes it is not that easy to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of responsibilities that I have to keep track of. This makes it easier to see when things were assigned and when they are due. Also, being able to keep notes in each item to go back on if I don't remember something.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows us to create automation that helps communicate to roster clients into services. Monday has allowed us to manage the cost-effective scale of our services to meet the demand of our Warriors in need of mental health services. It has excellent work for a remote team running multiple complex projects because it can automate many processes. Also, it helps us to reduce our workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additionally, this mobile application can be glitchy and lacks some essential desktop features, but it can be difficult for remote team members to stay on top of their tasks. Overall, Monday.com can streamline our project management process, but Monday.com is very useful in project management and team management implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like its functionality because it has a simple approach to creating tasks and organizing ideas with labels for our business community. These collaboration features are very flexible. It has helped our team to be efficient and accountable and, most importantly, deliver within the deadline.

What do you like best about the product?
Reports can be made easily, you can include pivot tables, and you can connect dashboards with other areas of your work. It is a very good tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, there isn't anything I dislike, the tool is quite comprehensive. Make it more visual and filled with colors and icons that are more pleasing to the eye so it doesn't feel so plain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits in the arrangement of task lists, optimization regarding reports with an intermediate database, they could integrate more complex databases but in reality it is quite efficient.

I like the ability to share boards and tasks with internal and external (Customers) users. I like to build automation that sends emails automatically upon events

Comments are not kept on a value basis. When to change the value of a field they are kind of disappear
