With Monday application, you can create and organize the activities of each of the company's employees, it gives flexibility and agility to the operation of the company.
I already recommended to somer partners at the office and we are planning to buy a bigger account

Monday is a great tool for our daily use. It is super easy to use, user friendly and gets the job done. We can assign tasks to different people form our organization in a great and faster way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It had some issues in the past, but they got fixed very quick. We can edit our board according to our needs. Do not see any negative in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our organization by creating the tasks, assign them to other people, edit and create boards, this is a great management tool.

The flexibility to ensure I could build the top of the funnel with solid leads and then push them further with contacts and storing the updates

Not being able to lock columns so they can't be edited.

For me, it's the viewing timelines, calendars, collaborations and time tracking.
We also use it to track all activities, details and progress of all the projects or events we support.

For me, I think what's bad about it is the pricing if you are from a small or start-up company.

For me, it's the collaboration and tracking of all the progress and activities.
Also, the interface is straightforward to navigate; you can customize the dashboards according to your needs.

The best tool for everything
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build whatever you want. A CRM, stocklist, calendar, service. It's awesome that you have all the tools to create these things. Beside that Monday gives you the opportunity to keep learning about their new functions. Webinars, events, academy. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some easy automations don't exist (yet) I'm sure this will get tackled in the future. Would be nice to have the ability to go for a certification (paid & free option)

We have a small company. Monday allows us to stay in touch with our workforce easily. No need to call/mail everyone; you can track and communicate on the platform.

you are abel to follow up on real time the onboarding process to our vis tool MAcroPoint, you can also chat directly with the MAcroPoint team for faster assistance

the filters are too complicated to use, and if you misplace one you will not be able to search, we should also add more search filters that would make it better

this is making the onboarding process much faster, the carriers that require assistance are easily spotted due to the differenmt groups that Monday separates them in

I work with a big team and with a lot of projects at the same time, It is very easy to organize myself, update the status and upload various comments. It's better than looking through email chains or in a chat

What would make Monday perfect would be to have more capacity to upload and share very large files, because I dislike that I have to share a file via drive or transfer

easy to find information. In the emails the information is scrambled with many topics and in messages it is impossible to find anything. It helps me to have messages on a specific topic and everything scheduled

What do you like best about the product?
With neat color coding, you can customize many aspects of the boards, like due dates, files, briefs, categories and more. You can also set up specific notifications for status changes. It's excellent for simultaneously managing a diverse group of projects, campaigns, and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a file is posted to a campaign on a board, there's no automatic update or notification to let others know it's there. However, this can be resolved by posting the file in the update itself, which works well as long as others are informed about how the system works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dividing types of work into boards helps our team stay on track with what projects and tasks need to be completed, even when we're on a tight deadline. I've found that productivity goes up when everyone knows what's on the boards and who's assigned what; plus, it's easy to check details, files, and updates at a glance and give precise feedback.

I love the templates Monday provides. I can find existing templates for anything I need for work.

Don't have any dislikes...I've found it easy to use & figure out.

Collaborating with my team. Easily post status updates and tag teammates on progress updates, feedback etc.
I no longer need to sort through tons of different google docs to see updates. Now I can tag my team and share updates directly in Monday and link to the docs.
