Wonderful project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Completely customizable. Able to add any items I would like then customize the fields in which I would like to track data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Budget management, being able to track already filled-in pricing and compare that to other items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of hotel stays for up to 5 weeks at a time, including the location and notes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's perfect. It is way more efficient than excel sheets. I can track progress in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I handle a lot projects at the same time. It gets difficult at times to track my progress. With Monday there's a dashboard I can create with all my projects. My team can add comments and we can all review updates in one space.
Flexible tool to organize anything with strong focus on usability
What do you like best about the product?
Its flexibility. We use this tool to organize everything from projects and tasks, to very complex business processes. You can collaborate and communicate with others directly within the tool, or integrate with other business tools you use. Easy data import and export really shines. Roll up multiple Boards to a Dashboard to REALLY see progress at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. It keeps increasing, starting to become harder to justify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No two business processes are the same across teams and departments. Monday.com is a blank canvas, allowing you to creatively solve your organizational nightmares with ease.

Some columns can't be used in automations.
Missing possibility to send .csv files daily to update a board with data possibly downloaded from a database or possibly linking directly to a database using SQL queries.

Allowing the team to create tickets for easier management of tasks using a simple form.

It can be a bit cheaper :) Except for that I am completely satisfied with it.

It solves all of the customer relations, sales pipeline etc

i like to convenience of having all your lists in one place. I love that i can add people to the boards and it keeps things all in one place.

I honestly don't have anything that i dislike about it. the more i use it the more i appreciate it.

It helps me with organizing and also scheduling things, based on priority.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps us in managing tasks and projects easily by assigning managers and subscribing teams to it. It segregate each and every information related to tasks. It's very fast and you can learn it easily. It improves productivity and saves time for our tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's lags sometimes but this occurrence is rarely. It takes times to for new learners to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping in dividing tasks between team and assigning tasks to dedicated teams easily. If we're facing some technical issues then we can easily create task on Monday.com for tech team and cordinte easily with whole team. It also shows how much tasks is completed what is pending, deadlines of tasks and importance of tasks.

Sub-items tree is limited to only one level. it should be increased

It gives us full track of the OKRs along with the dates, participating team members and more.
Monday.com embodies almost all features, flexibility and integrations of the ideal Cloud PM
What do you like best about the product?
Project/ template selection and flexibility in mapping and overall User/Administrative experience and management. Default Automation and Integration potential are very strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most Cloud PMs although competitive, licensing models can become untenable at the Enterprise levels 'cloud' was intended to mitigate vs e.g., Sharepoint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A reduction in 'management by email' and centralization of systems/ work information via enterprise-wide, bi-directional project management and communications.
