What do you like best about the product?
I like how it connects the organization in a clean and organized way. It's very easy to use and makes my work life a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of time putting all the information on the platform but that is just a minor thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being connected to the rest of our organization and reducing the amount of emails we need to send each other.

What I like best about Monday Work Management is the clear overview it offers. With visual boards and easy task organization, it's simple to track progress, manage deadlines, and collaborate with your team. It brings clarity and structure to any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Monday Work Management is that some features are still not possible yet. It would be great to have more customization options and integrations to streamline workflows even further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday Work Management for a variety of tasks, including managing SKUs, conducting keyword research, and even connecting with Meta to write texts. It helps streamline multiple processes in one platform, keeping everything organized, from product details to SEO efforts. This integration makes collaboration easier and ensures everything is aligned, improving both product management and content creation efficiency

It's easy to use. Like using excel sheet but way cooler.

it won't allow you to copy some cells without exporting into excel file

Mondayboard is there to remind you of your specific task.

It's easy and intuitive to use, you can make boards with many sections that will help you to organize the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The comments on tasks are not easy to format the styles (bullet points, headers, etc.), sometimes they bug so hard that is better to rewrite everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is benefiting all the employee because it helps them to organize, manage and complete important and day to day tasks/work! It also help us to focus on the more important task first because we can assign priority on every task the way we want.
The freedom of creating many sections and many custom fields, really amaze us!!

It's easy to use, it has automations and the platform's design is clean and nice looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no "view only" links, so anyone that wants to see the board needs to have an account.

Monday Work Management is a useful but underutilized tool at our company
What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management allows our team to keep track of multiple projects, contracts, and so on. We use Monday every day and as a point of truth during our meetings on how best to proceed. We also use Monday as a directory/repository for important information about past and current projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is ensuring that everyone uses the boards efficiently. Old information can linger and cause confusion if updates are not prioritized by all team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create lengthy documents that require collaboration by stakeholders, subject matter experts, quality assurance experts, editors, and so on. Using Work Management allows us to have boards that both allow us to manage very small and specific details of each document as well as provide overview of its overall status, which are linked to the overall status of the project that the document supports the completion of.

I used to dislike the fact that there was no AI, but now that is on the app i do not dislike anything.

The organization we can have, no one is forgeting anything and all the projects are marked and have a back-up.

We have multiple use cases with this platform, but one of the most important one is automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like best automations, be able to use formula columns, "or" conditions, and others. I pleasure Monday invest more time and resources in better automations.
