What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive tool that doesn't require an expensive software consulting company for setup up, and management of our account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor disadvantages when it comes to format, user functions, and consistency when it comes to the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, communication, and task management. With Monday.com, everything is now in one platform, which greatly improves communication across different workgroups.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, colourful and appealing - really effective for organising, presenting and updating in a simple and easy way. It links to many other applications and the various functions are really innovitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negatives based on my use so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to have a visual representation of the work that is taking place across multiple areas and to be able to work collaboratively with colleagues organisation-wide. The ability for colleagues to update directly onto Monday.com is time saving and efficiant and pulling relevant information into reports for key meetings has been well received.

Shareable task lists for both my professional teams and my household.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I dislike. Sometimes I need to make a specific sheet and it is not always the most intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing projects, tasks, and work with others in real time.
Using Monday.com For years and LOVE it!
What do you like best about the product?
The top 2 things i love about Monday are i can make my own tab and help keep my work in order and keep track of what steps i am on, And also love using group tabs so i can talk to other people in other departments about a job and order there parts and relay updates and information that if i am off someone can go in and look up unlike email. Especially if i am working on a job and am gone, someone can quickly go in and see where i left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt to much i dont, it can be kind of confusing setting up a page but there tutorial vidoe and youtube make it very easy to set up stuff, as there really isn't nothing i found i dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking is the major part, i can literally start a work order from parts look up, to quoting, to ordering, to tracking, to delivered, to job done, and put all the information needed in there so, not only can i track it but the tech and supervisor if i am off, that have all the information right there, and for my techs i am over at a different building it is easier for me to order their parts and keep them updated, so they do not have to drive over to my building and waste there time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaborative effort Monday fosters. It is so easy to work with your team, see everyone's progress and stay organized to complete jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, i truly like everything about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we work with graphic designers who designs for our whole team and we all work in different locations. Monday makes it so easy for us to communicate on tasks and stay connected!

What do you like best about the product?
The simple way you can customize and manage your workflow and a massive amount of information with it. The status column is my favorite!
What do you dislike about the product?
The inconsistency in the connect columns and a lack of more explained good practices and used examples cases. It's dangerous to depend on the connecting column with a massive number of cards and info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It´s solving the problem of managing various leads in the recruitment pipeline, enhancing my productivity with the customizable status columns, different colors, and an easy-to-use platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use/intuitiveness and how it helps me to keep organized
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches that occur when copying project plans- unable to remove line items.

Visibility between the team and the client; keeping me both organized and on track when it comes to project management.

I think there's always room for improvement. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed having so much options.

Monday helps us keep track of our productions, from conception to finish.
Very positive experience, helps increase team communication.
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy way to have team members keep track of progress on multiple projects at once. Members can be notified when action is required on their part, set deadlines, post updates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be cumbersome to keep updated at all times, and not entirely clear as to where completed projects are stored that you have a list of completed tasks at the end of a quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of a wide-variety of projects and problems our team is facing. It helps us stay on track with deadlines as well as ensuring that team members are contributing their assigned roles to a project.
Effective and easy to use project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and intuitive, drag and drop functions, highly customisable, ability to create Gantt chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike about monday.com.

It is helping us track all the projects we are working on, the start and end date and which project to prioritise.
