Best time saving program
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it is available everywhere and from all my devices!

Sometimes starting a new "board" can be a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my work and can be a semi-CRM to help me stay on top of things.

What do you like best about the product?
The variations in display and workspaces is great. Also how customisable status tags are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps some further integration into Outlook to set tasks/meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has excellent UI/UX with an intuitive design and easy-to-use boards. Highly recommended and works well for any team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there is a communication/chat application on Monday.com so our team does not have to use Slack anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Jira tickets can become quite cumbersome. Our team can perform and collaborate much better after moving to Monday project boards.
Great project management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration and customization options are great. I love that my team and I can chat back and forth and leave status updates of where projects are at. It keeps us organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the integration with our CRM, Crelate, was more robust. There's a potential in the future to be able to connect through Zapier, but even Zapier has its limitations. Our CRM is small at the moment, so there isn't much of an integration currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizaiton, workflow, and management. It helps me manage projects better but also my team. We are more productive, efficient, and just overall better becuase of the tools that we have through Monday.
Helps Keep Our Marketing Team Organized and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing Monday.com has been huge for the team I work with. We used to struggle with tasks that required multiple team members. We mostly worked through email or slack and Monday has been way easier to track than email and slack. We're more organized and efficient than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any glaring flaws. Our only real issue are user errors, which obviously can't be blamed on the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems it's solving is keeping the team on the right task and completing tasks more efficiently.
Monday is the right amount of flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily add and connect data. To really tell a story about what's being worked, we need to connect it to other datasets and schedules. This helps to provide simple summaries but allow people to drill into the details when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model. Only some people in the org need the advanced functionality, but to get it, everyone needs to get upgraded.

User Friendly and Intuitive Task Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The two biggest advantages of using monday.com are:
1. This is a good tool for keeping track of projects, prioritizing projects, and tracking the progression of projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
One difficulty we ran into was after we had completed projects and then wanted to condense them into other categories, not all fields and information transferred over and was not automatically populated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com reduces problems with lack of communication. Information is readily available within various teams, so time spent relaying information and human error are eliminated.
Monday.com has changed the game for us!
What do you like best about the product?
I like its versatility; each of our boards serves a different purpose. Monday.com has enough features, automations and integrations to manage your project or database however you please, but it's simple enough to not be overwhelming. With Monday, we have built out the most comprehensive employee database, which allows us to store information and maintain regular communication through automated emails, which we can keep track of in each item on the database.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many criticisms. A feature that I would like to see would be to generate an invoice template and fill each field with columns on the table, a bit like how the form works, but instead, whatever is imputed into the table populates the Invoice template. I understand that Monday already has a feature where you can generate and send invoices, but it is not quite as versatile as we would need it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We onboard a high number of users onto our app at any given time through a thorough vetting and onboarding process. Monday has changed how we track each candidate's progress and store their important information. We also have built a complex support ticketing system that directs each ticket to the appropriate team member to resolve; previously, this was communicated through slack or email, which was hard to track and manage.
A work management system that is unparalleled
What do you like best about the product?
I find it clean, easy to use for every person involved. Its satisfying to get jobs done and move on to the next. Its easy to communicate files and feedback and is very well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are hiccups with the software. But like any product, it doesn't usually take long to be fixed. Sometimes certain calendar items are hard to view if there are many items on a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlined how our tasks and projects were handed down to us. It keeps everything organized for looking back on and also for the first time, gave us data about how efficient my team is at compleating jobs and where we can find more support.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the Monday.com board is automated and can be used in place of standard spreadsheets. It is easy to learn and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a downside yet, but I think it may be a bit intimidating at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our workflow organized, and we are accountable for our workflow. It is helpful to have all of our information in one place and helps to finalize our tasks.
