What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible the dashboards are in summarizing the data we enter. It seems that we can do almost anything we want to analyze individual projects or our company forecast as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am used to using excel and there are some things that I would like to do that I can't figure out...maybe there are ways to do what I want, but I haven't been successful in figuring it out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the things that we use Monday.com for is project workload for our individual teams and our company as a whole. We can put in individual or group capacities and see how they stack up to our upcoming workload.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a user-friendly project management tool that makes our teams' lives easier. It is an excellent tool for streamlining processes and allows you to be creative!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, at this time, I cannot think of a dislike. The tool is constantly evolving and coming out with new updates and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping solve reporting. We can now build dashboards to show performance in a visually pleasing way. Monday.com makes creating widgets and sharing data with cross-functional teams easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use! It is colorful and flows naturally. Its easy to pick up for those experienced in spreadsheet applications as well as those with minimal experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be confusing for beginners, however they have a great support team to help if you have questions on a specific feature such as creating rules and forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need for fillable forms that are customizable to our business and needs. It solves the hassle of tracking projects in spreadsheet applications.

Solid and Flexible Roadmap Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The UX on Monday is top-notch. The incredibly flexible system provides a quick win for managing IT roadmaps with associated priorities, details, and timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my needs, there are very few downsides. It's a bit on the pricey side when you get into enterprise licensing. But if you work with enterprise needs, there isn't a way around this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company didn't have a great platform to show employees the technology roadmap, and Monday.com perfectly solved that problem. The viewer license is free. Above all the features the met my requirements, that licensing model gave me the green light. In a large company where many employees need read-only access and few, by comparison, need edit rights, it is a perfect fit.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizable board options fit projects of any size exceptionally well. I enjoy the "My Work" tab for keeping tasks and actionable items on my radar with a simple single-page view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many. The central growing pain would be when the predecessor function lags and dates don't auto-adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team now exclusively uses Monday.com as our primary communications tool, allowing us to share actionable tasks with documents attached and status updates on one platform.

Easy Organization with Great Automations

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple options for columns, private boards, automations, and easy functionality between boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot create automation off mirrored columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated tasks that happen at certain stages that created on relevant task boards. This takes away any chance of an employee forgetting to do the task.

Game changer for my organization!

What do you like best about the product?
My organization originally implemented Monday.com to handle an in-depth review process of various documents, contracts, and marketing materials. We have quickly found several additional areas within the organization to benefit from Monday.com. Our processes and collaboration have greatly improved as a result of using Monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time, the only downside my organization has experienced is the lack of some automations and functions that would greatly benefit our group. We are aware, however, that Monday.com continues to grown and expand these options and we look forward to seeing further capabilities in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has allowed my organization to cut down on the use of email and spreadsheets for tracking items and keep them in a central location that all stakeholders are able to access and collaborate on without losing sight. We have also seen great improvement in the turnaround time of tasks as a result of improved time management through Monday.com

Adaptable to our growing company!

What do you like best about the product?
Data management has been a breeze with the help of different types of columns you can add to your board depending on your needs - I have a variety of tasks at work that I do on the daily from marketing to communications to project management and I have no problems doing any of it and just customize my workflow as needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have custom needs that weren't available in the past, but I think now that their marketplace has more choices compared to the past years, I should look into revisiting some features we need again! Their support team replies quite fast and everyone is always so nice and accommodating!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see everything at a glance and customize views as needed - as a visual person, this is very important to me since we handle quite a large volume of data and using filters for just about anything makes reporting, business strategy and analysis a breeze!

Great way to organize your specific needs for the company

What do you like best about the product?
Very customizable. Through Monday, we were able to help find a way to organize and navigate our company needs which our software could not do for us. We now have a place that all the staff can go to find what it is we need or where we are with a certain project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There tends to be a lot of glitches where an item is not moved over to a new board when its supposed too or if it is moved over, it is duplicated several times for no reason at all. Unsure why that occurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our clinic ensure we receive the documents we need for upcoming appointments. Using monday.com much like a checklist and it is a very helpful easy checklist that makes everyones work easier and more simplified. An excellent way to keep track of credentialing or projects.
