Amazing! So easy to use across the business

Monday.Com is very easy to use
It is also easy to get adoption with employees as they love using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
App on the phone can sometimes take a while to load up the data. Not keen on having to purchase blocks of 5 users at a time given we are quite a small company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started initially to use it as a CRM system - previously we used a spreadsheet, but as the team has grown this couldn't be controlled. The data from the CRM feeds into board meetings and forecasting of production. We also now use it for managing production processes an are trialling it for R&D projects
Flexible and customizable for many business purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been super helpful in centralizing and streamlining many processes that are shared by multiple people/teams. We use it to track projects of all sizes, onboarding and offboarding processes, as a ticketing system, and other aspects of workflow. We can add all sorts of automations and customizations to make it work almost exactly how we want it to which saves time and reduces chances of errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with email and related functionality is available but is clunky and not ideal. Periodic downtime and interruption in service which causes automations not to run and be potentially missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking multi-tasks processes that span multiple users and long period of time. Tracking system change requests and IT tickets. Centralized location to keep many employees up to date on projects (progress, comments, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's very user friendly and it keeps record of all people who view comments and posts. I also like the colour scheme to it for data managing. Its nice
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very mobile friendly, it's hard to configure through the app and view notifications especially when there's link attached to the column with files, it also is hard to view the actual post when you click the notification
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily post my videos through Vimeo links and it has record if everyone's comments for changes so we don't have to go back and forth to see everyone's change requests

Monday allows me to keep in touch with all ends of our team and I am always updated to any changes / requests / issues.

I like it all so far! I have no issues with monday

It lets me address each team member directly as well as following updates whilst on the fly.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are the collaborative capabilities. As a PM, it is essential to get buy-in, and one of the ways to do it is to give people the ability to join the conversation. With Monday.com, I am able to reduce wasted time in meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the most helpful parts of Monday aren't completely intuitive. Sometimes I spend a lot of time figuring out how a feature works. Once I do, I generally love the feature! Also, I can't wait for the dependency improvements!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking across my organization has become streamlined. Before, getting status updates and tracking what had been completed was difficult. Now, transparency is a strength.

The easy and practical way to organize information, the Gantt chart also helps me to locate where I am and when I should achieve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timecard functionality isn´t easy to use and requires more patience to fill up the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MDC is reducing the need to use other resources to manage my projects, which brings me more efficiency and productivity on a daily basis. Nowadays, I am able to deliver projects on time and reduce the involved risks.
For me, the best software for (and not limited to) Projects, Performance and process.

What do you dislike about the product?
In processes, it is hard to create a robust flow natively. For example: if I would like to make a process with various steps, all of them required to consider the process finished, It is not possible. The system cannot guarantee that all the steps will be concluded before the end of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Embrace all kind of solutions inside the platform (HR: Recruiting, Training, Collaborator Data; Projects: Project management, PMO; Performance: OKR control, Goals; Process: Control workflows, create workflows (all kinds of). That said, the most significant benefit is integrating all these departments.
monday is incredible - It makes day to day work seamless and automated.

What do you dislike about the product?
That folders can only be nested one layer deep. I would also love an easier way to archive in an organized way (this may exist). Wish emails had an HTML option

ORGANIZATION!! Creating process and strategy for all our employees in one place.
Extremely easy to use software that has a lot of versatility

Super easy to use for me and my people. No matter what their level of PC ability they can learn it.

Hard to think of anything bad. We use it for several items.

We use it to post our open positions with the temp services. Track disciplines and do a evaluations.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been such a helpful tool to collaborate and share resources across our global teams. It's easy to use the fields to see when things were updated and who the key stakeholders are so you spend less time chasing and more time getting work done.

When you link a file sometimes I don't want to name it and this slows the process down
