What do you dislike about the product?
I'm afraid quite a bit: the automations are limited, not useful enough with managing DB, no smart export options - for example, impossible to export sub-items, and there are no good solutions to create detailed reports. Restriction management is limited, with not enough options to exclude team members from boards or items. Not since options with Outlook that is local.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes the assignments and allows project planning and easy tracking.

I use Monday every day at work. And for our purposes it works very well.
What do you like best about the product?
You can add many features and easily see how the process is going and how much work you still need to do. Tracking your work and remembering to do all the necessary things is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it may seem too overwhelming, especially when you start using it initially. A lot is happening on one page and in many different colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our daily problems, such as onboarding new partners, solving tasks from customer support, etc.
Task Management with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has given my team and me a central location to manage and share our tasks where the whole business can see the progress of jobs tasks we are working on. Task management allows for collaboration and task updating to keep everyone updated on the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Another 3rd party app that you need to be managed and keep everyone updated on work progress. It could be that I am not experienced enough using Monday and therefore am unaware of integration options into our existing email or other communication software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to track our work progress and update the business stakeholders on projects and tasks with timelines to manage expectations to keep everyone updated on progress and timelines.

Scheduling tasks, asigning tasks, automatically chaintasks (follow up), overview about which work is done and what is left.

I miss the option to assign a deadline date. (But maybe I missed it)

It solves problems in the workflow when working with different persons/parties.
Best Customized Tool One Can Have
What do you like best about the product?
It offers various templates and all the data is based on excel which can be easily extracted to reports for Data Analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is totally Cloud based, while I believe the software download can improvise the speed of operating in the end-users system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track all the tasks in line with Various Departments' functioning. Furthermore, It will enable us to assign tasks to the designated individual.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, noob friendly, super flexible, lots of valuable apps which adds even more usability of the platform. We are using for over a year now, and can't imagine work without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
well I still don't get how the workload table works. But this is pretty much it. It was bad when there was no normal tool to track the time, but now it's fixed with additional app integrated to monday. Monday could also improve mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday to track and control manufacturing processes, from time planning to work schedules and time tracking. Also, CRM is the thing that we also use to follow all the commercial stuff.

Lots of different ways to keep track of tasks, projects, campaigns and much more, with various means of visualising the data, timelines and other important aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle with keeping on top of all my notifications, but we are working on a solution that will de-clutter and combine a large proportion of the boards we use across the team.

The tool helps to track and manage project plans, set deadlines, assign tasks and resources, and track progress.Execution is easy using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization templates in the platform are still not advanced and user-friendly. Also, individual user cost for use is also a bit on a higher side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily tasking and reporting concerns have minimized since we started using the tool as this allow us to maintain and track our timelines and work hours deployed in each projects. Alongside, help senior management to assign further tasks basis checking the load the accordingly on each individual resource.
