intuitive, easy, and enjoyable
What do you like best about the product?
The interface, I like how friendly and straightforward it´s to use it. I love the way I can manage my proyects and tasks, among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The poor customization features, I would like to have more options about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teamwork: Monday's communication tools and collaboration features make it easier for me to work together more effectively, ensuring everyone is on the same page and can access the information they need.
Intuitive Tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using monday Work Management as it is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for me to navigate and utilize effectively in my role as the Business Manager of a private school. The platform seamlessly integrates with other tools, particularly beneficial as we work extensively with the Google Suite, allowing us to attach all related documentation to each item in the platform with ease. The ready-to-use templates are a significant asset, thoughtfully designed to meet our needs and significantly reduce the time required to set up new boards for tracking student enrollment and various projects. Moreover, the ease of initial setup was simply remarkable, reinforcing the platform's user-friendly nature and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no major issues with Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to centralize information, simplifying access and enhancing interdepartmental collaboration. It connects easily with Google Suite, allowing for seamless attachment of documentation, and the intuitive templates save significant time in board setup.
A great tool to stay organised and keep on top of tasks
What do you like best about the product?
As an organised person, this tool is great to keep tasks in one place to stay on top of everything. I really enjoy being able to visually prioritise my tasks and assign tasks to other individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I completely dislike about Monday.com. I use it on a daily basis and have never come across anything that I thought was not great. I use the tool on a daily basis and have never had glitches or anything go wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with prioritising my tasks so being able to visually see what is most important and what needs to be done is a great way of staying organised and completing my tasks effectivly and in a timely manner.

I feel they should focus on what they are good at, project management tools rather than there new CRM

Efficient and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is designed to be easy, intuitive, and truly user-friendly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for every user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are small technical bugs related to the timer and the automatic task operations. Other than that, nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Subtasks within tasks. It helps to better understand the process of a task in general and the timelapse.

I can keep track of the various projects I am working on all in one place and see my coworker's status on the projects. This allows for a more seamless process of completing my work efficiently and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday does help me stay organized in my workflow, I do oftentimes find that it is one more step in the project which can be difficult for me to want to spend time on. It would be nice to have greater integration with google accounts such as google sheets, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and intuitive to use, visually pleasing, helpful for company-wide initiaitives or interactive client work.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to select all in a field, sometimes it selects all items on a board and makes it easy for me to accidentally delete them.

Helps process and achieve internal requests and external initiatives with various owners/stakeholders/parallel swim lanes.

I like that you can create Monday for all your needs.
I had two different Excel Sheets, which got implemented on Monday without any problems. I do like the reminder popping up in my email to remind me to follow up.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you only have the option to set the reminder for next week. Sometimes i need a longer time frame to set my reminder. Wish I would have a calendar popping up, where I can select the date I wish to receive the reminder.

I've used Monday.com in my last 3 companies and I will continue using it every time I get to manage projects, teams, initiatives, taskforces.
