I love flexibility and automation
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about monday Work Management is the flexibility of the platform and the power of the automations. You can structure your projects exactly as you want, create complex workflows with a very intuitive interface, and assign tasks easily. Integration with other tools like Google Drive, Slack, or Zapier makes our daily life even simpler. It has truly improved communication and transparency within our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I see at the moment is the cost, especially when you want to access advanced features or add multiple users. Additionally, some automations or integrations could be a bit more customizable or smoother to set up. That said, the support is generally very responsive in helping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allowed us to centralize all our operations and have a clear and real-time view of the progress of our projects. Before, we used several scattered tools, which led to a waste of time, oversights, and a lack of follow-up. Thanks to Monday, we have automated several repetitive processes, reduced communication errors, and improved our team's productivity. Each member knows exactly what to do, when, and with whom, which makes collaboration much smoother.
The Future of Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a game changer in organizing my workload and pushing forward the capabilities of project management. I love the simple yet aesthetic UI and ease of accessibility to find everything I need in organizing my projects. I use Monday daily to help organize my project workload and manage follow ups with contractors and salesmen to keep projects on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major downside I've found is in the cost and limited accessibility that is available for guest users. It would be nice to have a large blanket license with seats to distribute as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping manage visibility on all projects and keep on top of follow ups to allow projects to keep momentum forward by knowing whose court a project is in.
Monday.com has been a total game changer for our agency.
What do you like best about the product?
We use it to manage all of our client projects through the production pipeline—from kickoff to final delivery. It’s streamlined communication across our internal team and made collaboration with clients incredibly easy. We can share timelines, creative assets, and updates in real time, and clients can approve or request edits right on the platform.
One of the things we appreciate most is how intuitive it is. Our entire team picked it up quickly, and even clients who are new to project management tools find it easy to navigate. In fact, several of our clients were so impressed, they’ve adopted Monday.com for their own internal teams.
It’s flexible, transparent, and keeps everyone aligned. We can’t imagine running our projects without it.

What do you dislike about the product?
When asked about the downside of Monday.com, I honestly can’t think of one. It keeps all communication and project history organized within each project pulse, making it easy to reference when we revisit similar projects in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When asked what Monday.com is solving for our agency, the answer is simple: it replaces scattered emails with a clear, centralized system. Instead of messages getting lost in inboxes, we can tag our clients directly for final approvals—streamlining communication and speeding up turnaround times.
Keeps me on track
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday.com! As someone with a scattered brain who tends to start a million tasks and forget to finish them (oops), this platform has been a total game changer. It keeps me and my team on track, reminds me to review things before they’re uploaded, and helps me stay accountable. I even use it for my personal tasks—yes, it helps keep my home clean too! Highly recommend for anyone who needs a little extra organization in their life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything in mind, as it does everything we need and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to post late on social media or finish prohects late as well as have a lot of misscomunications as not all of our team is in the U.S, however now we are all on track and can see what our VA's are up to
Needs Improvement for Project Oversight
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is one of monday’s biggest strengths. It's visually intuitive, easy to navigate, and requires very little onboarding time. Teams can quickly get started and collaborate with minimal friction. The interface makes task management and communication straightforward and enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday lacks native support for structured project or product management. Unlike tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, it doesn’t offer a clear hierarchy (e.g., Initiative > Epic > Feature > User Story > Task), making it difficult to tie individual tasks back to broader initiatives. This makes tracking progress and managing documentation across complex projects much harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps streamline day-to-day task management and team collaboration.
Nothing short of miraculous. Fantastic when you need to get ops off the ground QUICKLY.
What do you like best about the product?
Speed of implementation and robustness of platform when you're operations change on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow and you have to rely on quality data entry if you have multiple people in there at once. Excellent for quality teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a place to put all our information in an organized manner and get a birds eye view of what's before us. The ability to alter on the go when needed and in real time is critical.
Intuitive Use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to use, even setting up the automations. I use it pretty much every day to keep track of grants. I also use it to keep track of regular event planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to integrate or attach Box files to specific entries or comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy project collaboration. Before this, we used a spreadsheet - which sometimes has issues updating, loads slowly, and is hard to use.
Monday.com is an experience
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is handy and visible, shortcuts are available wherever they are needed and it allows integration of team tasks, interaction with administration, simply a tool that you'll have to use all the time
What do you dislike about the product?
Color schemes could be improved and maybe a more interactive way of moving between dashboards like a wheel or a side menu that is not static
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking how does what, how much time they take and many more
Great organizational tool to increase productivity at minimal cost.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to utilize the organizational aspects on both the website and the app seamlessly is my favorite feature. Customer support is great but rarely needed because the help documents and community are very helpful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I currently see is the ability to really customize workflows how I want. However, this can be managed through the API they use. It's just not as user friendly and requires some background in coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large complex area we service with multiple coordinators, project managers, and sub contractors. The ability to have all of these people collaborating within a project and all information being saved in the project allows project management, billing, quality control, and materials management more efficient.
Makes project management a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used several systems for project management, including robust systems like Asana and Trello and less robust ones like Microsoft Planner, and I highly recommend Monday.com for the system features, ease of use and customization ability. The system is fairly intuitive, easy to customize for your needs (an example, is our company started off using Boards for individual projects but then switched to using Boards for different departments and having the Groups be project specific), integrates with many other external platforms and replaces internal email with colleagues. One of the features I love is being able to Bcc an email to a thread in Monday.com, so that you and other project team members can track external progress. I also love the ability to make a Board private, so only certain folks have access. Finally, Monday.com has proven to be proactive in system updates and has a great customer service team. We use this system daily and it's the primary system for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscribe, automation and tagging functions collectively can create an unmanageable amount of notifications, emails, inbox items, etc. To keep this under control, I recommend turning off email notifications (the system has a notifications area that serves the same purpose) having a policy limiting how the subscribe function is used, limit to 1-2 people who control automations, and having an SOP for use, specifically calling out who/what/where/when/why/how of tagging other users and how that works with status button changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a structured approach with Monday.com to organizing, planning, tracking, and completing work. All of this improves efficiency and productivity across teams and projects. The systems makes task assignment, progress tracking, and resource allocation a breeze, ensuring that work aligns with our organization goals. The MyWork function of Monday.com helps employees and their supervisors to manage workload and priorities and to anticipate future workload and timelines. The Gantt Chart function in Boards also allows for identifying bottle necks. There is a lot to the system that I don't think we've uncovered, around AI, automations and integration, but we're diving int that after using the system for nearly 6 years.
