What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to wasy search my customers for installation and audit how many free spots there are. I can also check the whole teams schedules including the service team
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Monday so i can honestly say that i dont dislike anything besides the fact that i don't have access to all that the system offers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to check when my installations are so i can uodate my customers and let them know how the installation process is going and my team can view updates
Monday has helped but it has certain issues
What do you like best about the product?
The My Work tab is very useful. The comments having the tag feature helps as well to remain in contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some useful automation features that are not present. eg. Creating reocurring tasks every specific day or date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep track of major tasks from me and my team.

Programming of works was difficult and time consuming

With working from home becoming industry standard, having multiple people being able to sue the same registers added benefits to the bvusiness
The best organizational tool EVER
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps me organized, on task, and on time! It keeps my workload in order while taking it off my brain! I don't have to worry about forgetting big and small tasks. It's my own personal assistant!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep up with budgets and my "to do" lists. I don't have to overthink... so I work smarter, not harder.

It is an easy way to organize our jobs and processes, leaving our time to focus on other important tasks.

Sometimes the workspaces and how they are organized seem a little confusing.

It solves the lack of organization that often happens in a work environment, and it helps the employees focus on the tasks rather than worrying about missing deadlines.

I work for a breaking news podcast. Monday.com helps us organize our story lineups for each episode and color code them by category.

What do you like best about the product?
The point-and-click functionality. Easy to use!

I haven't run into anything yet that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps the team stay organized and aware of everything that everyone is doing -- especially the projects we collaborate on. I love the app add-ons, too. The Llama Farm is a fun way to see progress!
Game changer for my team!
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who has used monday.com for remote team collaboration, I can confidently say that it is an excellent software tool as it has helped the team's efficiency enormously, especially since home office is the standard for many companies at the moment, by maintaining data updated in real-time. Some of the standout features to me are the ability to use templates (a variety of boards based on project type, team, or layout needs), excellent material for beginners with a variety of videos, blog posts, and a community to share experiences.
Easy build-up automation is another game-changer. The ability to trigger actions based on statuses, notify people, or even send emails without having to go through each item one by one is incredibly convenient and made for non-expert users. The automation option combined with the integration of other tools, makes monday an amazing, useful and efficient tool.
Lastly, it's worth mentioning that they have an amazing support team! All questions are quickly solved, there is good guidance and they even send you videos in order to understand the step-by-step in case this is needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about monday. I feel that there are still some aspects that are in the process of being developed or improved, which makes the tool dynamic. At the moment, for example, the export of files could be slightly improved but it is not a must. In any case, the great customer service they have and how feedback is strongly taken into consideration makes any flaw disappear in a short period of time.

We are currently using monday to have employee data in place (onboarding, offboarding and task management).
Some of the ways Monday is helping is by giving transparency to the team on the status of each item/employee for example. Combined with the automation, is reducing the work of having to go file by file seeing what is missing and together with the built in automation that allows us sending emails to the employees, we can reduce 3h work to just some minutes.

Makes working on projects collaboratively so easy
What do you like best about the product?
Eveything gets stored in one place, no more hunting down emails, or not being able to find assets for projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up some automations were complicated, as it isn't always obvious how to program Monday to do what you're thinking of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share work accross depts, getting people to review work in a collaborative platform.
Easy to Use and Synch with Other Teammates
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to track projects and provide a running commentary of updates. The ability to synch my projects with my teams and track them on varying display dashboards is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit of training to get full utilization out of some of the features. Not completely intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows quick and easy synchronization amongst multiple departments. It allows me to track step-by-step goals within projects.
