User-Friendly Solution for Creative Project Management Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides our team the ability to get information quickly, at-a-glance while having the option to dive deeper into details at their own discretion. This allows us to scale as a team quickly, keep track of numerous projects and products, and ensure we're each accountable. The ability to create "template" boards and item groups has been huge for our growing team as we train and onboard new members and keeps our processes consistent!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle with the Monday mobile app because it is not as easy to navigate as the desktop/browser version when you're expecting a nearly seamless or similar experience between the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday takes the inefficiencies of traditional excel-based project management and allows modern teams to be more agile, on-the-go and synchronous with their teammates while managing complex, detailed, and process-driven projects on-the-go.
Excellent tool for my projects

I love how easy is to create a board and the gant charts to present the progress and planning of all my projects
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little complicated at the beginning to synchronize with our company outlook for the notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are performing audits and Monday is helping us to save and administrate al the evidence to assign and follow up the corrective actions.

The limitation of automation, you cannot change the some other board with yousing the connection to the item, also speed needs to be bit impvroved, getting stuck

To give the owenership and work management, now i can eliminate the bottleneck becasue I can clreary identify the where the task get delayied or held up due to
The platform is very intuitive and adaptable for the different uses I have for it.

I really like the automations. It makes a lot of steps in process go a lot smoother and keeps things from being missed. The analytics have proven to be very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just think it would be great to have an option to pre-select a deadline in a form so that any projects have to be at least a certain number of days in advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't think of anything specifically, but anytime I have reached out to see if a feature was available, the people I spoke to were either super helpful with showing me what is available or have sent it through to be an option soon.
Amazing for Productivity!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can keep track of everything from clients to projects and map out all the steps needed. It saves me a lot of time in my day-to-day tasks, and I have not found another way to do this in such a seamless way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app could be a bit easier to navigate, but the desktop version is perfect as is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my organization keep track of all of our clients without constantly reaching out to each other for more information.

It is relatively intuitive and easy to navigate

Sometimes the boards take some time to load, but I expect this may be due to the large number of items to load

Many licenses to different peers, sometimes companies don't like that.

Sometimes download data is not easy, tales copy and paste.

I love how easy it is to create a new board. I'll love the how-to's that Monday created to explain how to use different features.

Some of the features can be slightly confusing.

Within our company, teammates collab very often on big projects-- so assigning people to different tasks on boards is really helpful.

I love being able to see the process of a task from start to finish and submit the portions assigned to me directly in Monday outside of emails or virtual meetings.

I can't think of any downsides at the moment, it's very helpful for me and keeps me on track with any assignment I am given.

It always all functional areas to collaborate seamlessly to complete tasks that otherwise could be confusing or messy via email/video conference.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations, easy of understanding how to build once you obtain the basics. Super intuititive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting. I feel like data can easily be put together, widgets can easily be created through dashboards but I find reporting or generating reports hard.

Helps us manage workflow through automations and notifications. Also allows us to keep track of stats.
