A timesaving and efficient system
What do you like best about the product?
The interface, the time it saves me managing both mine and my teams workload, its the backbone of the business with its workflows. The system updates in livetime, meaning all the team are in sync with each others progress when working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free trial was a little too short to grasp a full understanding of how Monday could fully improve our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest issue we faced before trialling Monday was the ability to keep up to speed with what stage consultants were at in their projects. Monday solves this as it updates all progress in livetime, similar to Google sheets etc. but tonnes better. Monday feels ahead of it's time in terms of its intelligence and ability to identify trends and patterns.

It is user-friendly. Ease of use on daily workflow.

Monday.com usually lack of admin control over users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing to tag and assign team members and follow the job and job notes in one place
Monday Review
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the fact that you can work together with other colleagues on the same project calendars. I also like the dyamics and front end of the web page along with the easy navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would complain about the most is that sometimes the platform gets slow. Also, when exporting the GANT of the calendars no good option is available, I believe you should be able to download an image or a pdf and not an excel file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is quite helpfull at working on single projects with other colleagues. Also, time tracking is useful for us in our company and it is quite easy to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Monday is intuitive and has a simplistic and attractive interface. It is almost like a collection of customisable spreadsheets, & everyone on a team logs the tasks they need to complete and updates them!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a couple of days to get to grips with how things worked on Monday- I'm a Google Suite and Microsoft Teams user and found it a little different to these systems Im used to, though i now prefer Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a really intuitive system, with all data collated in one spot and easily accessible. With things like running reports, Monday is excellent in comparison to other softwares I used to use.
Helps me streamline and compartmentalise my workload
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to personalise my boards and tailor them to my role and my workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have multiple groups on a boar it dulicated the columns on all of the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep a track of several ongoing taska and their progress, a brain dump for all files and emals comments thoughts and the status of these tasks for my other team to be able to see at any point.
Monday is one of those PM platforms that keeps growing and improving
What do you like best about the product?
Automations are a bit thing, I just love the fact that you can integrate almost any other external system or process into Monday allowing to automate your workflow even more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside on my part it's mainly related to sales, Monday works with some of their partners which study to become Monday Partners and they are the ones that will be your POC for anything related to your account, it's something that personally I don't like, I would like to have the option to work directly with Monday (I'm talking about Enterprise level accounts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking is the main reason I use Monday at it works amazingly, keeps me on track, notificates me when it's needed and also provides me with good template suggestions
as a project manager i"m using Monday with 2 project and around 6 teams.

User Friendly Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and able to easily manage the allocated tasks on daily basis. Also, the option to mark the status and assign tasks are very appreciatable.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much. All are good. But they can bring some new updates or cool features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we used to log our tasks on Google doc or excel. But Monday.com has made life easier so that we create, assign, comment, track on one click which reduces the time and stress :)
