Fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily navigate Monday.com and is user friendly and handy. So it is best to be used by anyone doing business and and office work to be able to help them systemetically.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I dislike about monday.com because it helps people do their job faster and with ease of arranging business structure which really helps business to succeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track business at ease and we can delegate task properly and we can monitor business easily with the use of Monday.com since it is an application that is easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the interface. I enjoyed being able to keep track of all the items such as our deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the calendar interface as much. I believe AirTable to have a more systemic and easy to use calendar.

You can import spreadsheets, everything can be tailored to your liking,

Maybe they take too long to update things that are needed but so far so good

It's a nice way to keep every thing organized and accessible to everyone
Easy to coordinate with teams that work remotely
What do you like best about the product?
I've been working remotely for the past three years, and monday has been great to assign specific tasks to my team, and follow through with them. It's also very user friendly and pretty much intuitive for people who aren't necessarily tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It offers a wide variety of features and there isn't a lot of tutorial on how to make the most out of them. It would also be very helpful to have pre-determined templates for some of the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to have a more organized workflow and set short and medium goals. It is also a great tool to visually organize which tasks will have priority in my work week and assign them to colleagues I have to coordinate with remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
The live tracking and live reminders for projects is extremely helpful - a vast improvement over working in spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve. It is not very conducive to note-taking.

Monday helps us track projects and tasks, and offers real-time status updates. It has helped us migrate antiquated spreadsheet tasks to a more functional platform.
Monday has been transformational
What do you like best about the product?
Allowing each user to have their own space while also sharing their space with others is great. We primarily use the platform as a task manager for team projects and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a bit to learn the ins and outs. Some employees have been slow to adopt, forcing management to mandate its use or bake it into workflows, thereby forcing employees to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a mostly remote workforce has created lots of communication challenges. Monday provides a backstop to support individuals and teams, promotes collaboration, and is a useful communication tool for staff and our board.

- search function is not great; sometimes i lose items on my boards and it would be helpful to search for key words to find them

Project management; better transparency between the team (we all have our own boards, but can also see each others' to have a sense of project status)

What do you like best about the product?
Is a project management tool that is easy to use, highly efficient. Very useful across our organization, I can check our Project Operations status be in the office, Job site or even at home due to its user friendly apps even on Mobile.

However, some users may find tasks tricky to break down3 or calendar views limited to more expensive subscriptions4. monday.com also stands out for its slick design and adaptable third-party integrations.
