Monday improved our daily work
What do you like best about the product?
giving assignments to colleagues what makes our work easier.
Also the "my work" section is easy as you have a perfect view of what you need to do per day.
What i like about monday as well is that it's easy to make an item, and get almost everything integrated and automated as you please, ,depending on what packet you bought ofcourse..

sometimes delays are occuring...........
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves our little notes and mailing assignments, it gives us the opportunity to work faster that way, what makes our line of work much easier in general. It solves our phones to be less used as well as there is a comment section of which we get an instant notification.

Monday assists our team with managing our work load between staff and keep up with our scheduled assignments.

Some of the formatting can create errors in utilization.

It helps eliminate emails and them being lost due to the immense amount.

How easy it is to have all the info organized and shared. I love that I can attach files and mark things done

I would love more capabilities on the calculations. Possibly be able to have subtotals for the secondary level lines

Automations Save Time & Keeps Client Communication High
What do you like best about the product?
This platform saves so much time by sending clients emails, making it so that I don't need to ask team members about the status of their artwork, and has allowed us to continuously innovate the way we do things. Accessible both on desktop & mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I right click "archive" I used to think it went to the group we labeled "Archived" but it would essentially disappear. So we've had to investigate how to recover data on the back end. but i suppose this is a user error. I also wish there was a smoother way to move client data from one board to another seamlessly but unless all tabs are the same it doesn't transfer over smoothly. ex: We have a "pre-production" and a "production board". Client data such as "Name "Email" "Phone Number" would remain the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving us time and allowing the team to communicate about client updates directly through the "updates" tab by tagging and responding to each other. Automated emails have been a huge time saver. As well as uploading documents and photos.

Our marketing team evolved from entirely in-office to fully remote and, currently, a hybrid environment within a short time. We needed tools to help us stay on track, especially when out team was widely dispersed and working different schedules

What do you like best about the product?
It organizes my daily checklists of items to do. It also helps keeps a list of items I need to follow-up on so I don't lose track of those items and they become overdue.
What do you dislike about the product?
They layout can be busy looking. The platform is easy to use but there is a lot to learn in order to use it better which can be hard for those not very computer savy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps an ongoing list for me to keep track of items I need to follow-up on. It's also a place I keep track of work assigned to me and what needs done if I haven't done it yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an incredibly useful tool for any work environment. It is an incredibly organized approach to keeping track of projects and assignments and collaborating with co-workers. I love that every individual can have their own "board" with their personal tasks that you can completely customize in a way that makes sense to you. My favorite part about Monday.com is that you can set automated tasks, which you can make as simple or as complex as you want. It saves so much time and allows you to focus on your work rather than trying to keep track of everything. For example, you can set an automation that alerts other team members automatically when an assignment is awaiting their review, which helps keep everyone updated on what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't any big downsides to Monday.com. The only thing that's a little difficult about it is that there are SO many automation you can use and it's impossible to understand how to use this tool to its full potential without more extensive training. It's still incredibly useful even if you only use a few automations and the base-level actions, but it would be nice if there was an easier way to see everything it can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the age-old problem of team collaboration and project management. It allows me to see what my co-workers are working on and where they are in a project and makes it easy to delegate tasks and update supervisors on progress. Instead of having to send an email or walk down the hall, you can simply update an assignment on Monday.com and everyone involved in the task is up to date.

As a small business, we needed a way to keep track of our inside sales. It needed to be cost effective and user friendly, which Monday.com is. It has given as a great collaborative tool.

One of the most engaging and interactive aspects of Monday.com is how it facilitates collaboration among team members. The platform allows team members to communicate and work together seamlessly, making it easy to share ideas, feedback, and progress updates. The ability to tag team members, assign tasks, and leave comments makes it a great tool for keeping everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flexibility of monday.com is what works against it. The platform allows for significant customisation in how you need to use it to meet your needs. This can be daunting for newer team members when creating a new tracking and has occasionally led to several iterations until we find our best-fit for our needs. Equally, a tracking sheet once created can be 'damaged' in error by others. That said, the platform allows security settings to prevent misuse and to use existing boards as templates if we have the right solution already - so with planning these problems can be overcome.

Absolute clarity and visibility across the team about upcoming needs, where pinch-points exist in terms of resource availability, and ensuring tasks are completed to satisfaction
