I love this platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very intuitive system and a terrific user experience. I chose Monday.com out of the other project management systems because it had layouts and tools that others didn't. Customer service is also wonderful, thorough, and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I had to stop using it for work because our office switched to Asana, sadly. It killed me!

The opportunity to see at a glance the progress of our operational delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone is tech savvy so some people take longer than others to become used to using it on a daily basis - but everyone gets used to it and says it is a great system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've built in tasks lists and linked those to help guides so anyone on our team can see where a project is at should another person need to pick something up that wasn't originally allocated to them. As a director, I can see a quick overview of how things are progressing across all clients and the team can tag directors or managers should they need help.
A Truly Valuable Tool For Business
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to break down our entire agency by client and organize tasks within each has been a game changer. The simplicity and efficiency is appreciated and makes it easy for both our team and clients to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to organize personal tasks. Users have to take a number of correct steps to keep things organized and if one is missed, it can make it easy to miss an assigned item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts our entire agency in one place. The combination of Monday and an effective project manager makes everything run so smoothly and keeps communication and project organization easy for all involved.
Great Way to Stay Organized as a Team
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to customize and configure, especially the drag and drop tasks. Commenting makes working together as a team super easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, I am not a power user of the service though. It does everything I need it to!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team see which tasks we should be working on and the priority of those tasks. If we are collaborating on a task, we can view notes right in Monday instead of using alternate sources. It is all right there.

I can't think of anything, the software works exactly as I need it to. Its open on my computer all day and keeps me on track

I am able to track all of my projects in an organized way and also look at them in a variety of formats.

User Friendly, Versatile Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use within a board, creating a new one, lockable, shareable and private options. Sharing outside my company. Flexibility for different data types.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Export to Excel functions aren't the greatest, specifically regarding subitems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one place! Tying boards together between scheduling, project info & tracking. Inventory management - where subitem exports could improve

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows me to keep to-do lists manageable. It ensures that I'm not missing things in my day to day tasks. It also allows for collaboration between myself and my team members. I use it on a daily basis for work and it definitely helps me stay on top of things!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's always a threat of losing your data or the website being down when you need to use it. But I feel these cases are rare, and the Monday.com team acts fast to resolve any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows our company to ensure that nothing is missed when it comes to payroll. Being able to update the statutes of tasks as you go is very helpful.

I don't see that it classifies automatically when a project has finished in the corresponding month.

Use it to communicate with other staff on issues that need to be addressed with clients. It works as a mini CRM for us.
