Awesome WorkOS System
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com WorkOS system/software is an amazing tool for any business of any size in my opinion. It is very user friendly, very easily adaptable to your business and company needs and/or operations and so much more to offer in many fashions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be difficult to customize and create your process as there are still a few limitations with monday.com, however it is a system that keeps on improving and developing more aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's definitely solving a lot of problems for my company. To name a few, it's helping me stay up to date on all aspects of my processes with it's robust automations
Monday as a CRM and a place to gather data across our different departments of the organization
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of Monday, we can create anything based on how we want the info to be seen, access, gather or transferred. We have room to customize our board which sparkle thoughts and our creativity.
It facilitate having everything in the same place so everyone from each different department is aware of how we're progressing and make the communication way easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
The bugs. Most of the time, maybe because we have so many boards, data and files, and sometimes it gets really slow which is not convenient.
If we could improve the speed this would be a huge boost to our productivity!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between different department gets easier since we just need to look at the board to see what is updated and what need to be worked on. Definitely organization and workflow to not go over certain things over and over. We can even create template for each board workflow, the purpose of that board or how to use it best

Helps keep projects coordinated and break down the different steps that are required with time expectations .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes navigation is a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows better team collaboration and keeps projects in order and coordinated.
Monday is perfect to track our jobs
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday to track our leads and jobs and it works perfectly. It gives us instant access to .pdf of our contracts, diagrams, etc. We integrate with Google Calendar and love it. We also love the email reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be an issue with Zapier, but the dates don't always update correctly when changed in Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were tracking our jobs on a spread sheet - now we have job information at our fingertips.
My Time with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
Tasks can be shared between an entire company or between certain people. Easy to keep track and to make the software feel like your own and toe suit whatever needs you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Want to make changes to columns in one board but dont want each groups column to change. But this is very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep everything in line with what needs to be done and can assign people to it.

Best tool for control the processes
What do you like best about the product?
Automations, integrations, process tracking, connectivity between boards, charts, and KIP's.
What do you dislike about the product?
An improvement opportunity would be that each group in the board could have the possibility to have different columns. I would also like to be able to mirror subelement files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending of automatic emails, notification of collaborators in process to initiate subsequent stages, elaboration of charts and KIP's to have metrics easily.
Wonderful task list that can integrate and become as complex as the user requires.

The various ways of containing, summarizing and repositing information from another source, including notes, documents, hyperlinks, etc., assigning timeframes, owners, and dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
That various groups on the same board MUST have the same columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client requests, billing information, and employee management.
Monday is a great tool for managing projects and has a lot of functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
How you can customize each board and create a system that works for you. I also am very please with the communication that can be ultized within the Monday.com system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a down side to this system and that is each section in a board can't be customized from the next section or even each subsection in a task can't be customized on it's own. If you add a column then it is a column the whole board has to utilize or not but it's still there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me on task as well as notating what I have to be working on and task that I get assigned or take on as a result of someone or something reminding me to do that task. In that, it keeping me organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to upload documents or share links to files as needed for team collaboration. Being able to label the status of jobs and having the ability to create new ones or revise existing tags is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wondering if it's possible to create calendar invites through Monday for specific projects? Or sync Google or Apple calendars for example. That would be fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us keep track of multiple client accounts and the status of each stage in the development of their monthly retainer tasks. With so many tasks to keep track of, organization is key!
Perfect for organization and task delegating

You can customize a board for just about everything, we use Monday.com for everything from Help Desk tickets to Compliance Approvals, as well as project management, event planning, and several other categories.
The permissions is a great tool for different boards and workspaces, when we need something like an HR board to be super locked down, we can do that but then we also can share boards with people outside our company.
We use Monday.com every single day!
Monday is also part of our onboarding system and is super easy for new employees to implement into their daily routines as it is very user-friendly, and even if they did have an issue, the customer support at Monday has always been great.
When it comes to integrations, like integrating DocuSign or Google Docs into a Monday.com board, results can vary depending on the creator of that integration but we've had fairly good success.

The inability to "undo" if the "X" field is hit on a text column, the writing is just gone. This is sometimes minor but other times, it is completely lost information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a customizable space to organize different onboarding experiences for our new employees, easily creating forms and sending those out, and overall organization of the several moving parts of our business; whether that be people, task management, or time tracking.
