Monday.com deserves a gold medal
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been instrumental in getting other departments, who are not used to using project management software, excited about project planning. The ease with which documents can be uploaded, the templates that can be used, and the intuitive nature of some of the features have managed to please everyone from a novice all the way up to seasoned project managers. Great job, Monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much I disklike about Monday.com. If I had to pick anything that I think could be a bit better, it is the iOS app. I struggle sometimes navigating it, whereas I don't have the same issue on the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had trouble getting other teams in my network to use project management tools. They found them cumbersome or overly complicated. Monday.com is the perfect match for us as those that want to use the more advanced features can, while others can get useful information without having to spend a lot of time learning the system.
Project Management Task Master
What do you like best about the product?
The software has many tools that you can use to organize your project and has integrations from other applications. I like it because I can prioritize my tasks with custom titles that make sense for my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to really get the processes working across the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving task management and prioritizing tasks across the many projects that are happening simultaneously. we use it with other clients that are also using the software to manage tasks.
Monday as a tool for task planning
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and design of the platform make it easy for anyone to understand, whether internal or external.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to automate weekly/monthly/etc recurring tasks

Amazing Management Tool For Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the features that Monday provides. I think having a space where I can in detail write my tasks, their due dates, & staus of where I am in the project is really helpful for myself and my co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only flaw in Monday would be when you look at your tasks all at once in "My Work" it does not break out between which boards they are connected to. It shows them all together and in one of the columns it says which board it is on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Monday has helped with my organizational skills. It also helps with showing my project managers where I am at in certain projects they assign. I think it helps everyone see where you are at in the process.
Organized. Alerts. Reminders.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is our means of team collaboration. It keeps us organized, on track, alerted with tasks, and marks our progress. Integrating with CRM is also key. We love the ability to automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
For no fault of monday.com, we desperately need API exchange with AppFolio. Dislikes is strong....more enhancements wished for: colors in items/subitems, more advanced automations, would also be helpful. segmented groups within the same sheet would be amazing.

Keep organized and ensure projects are being handed off to the next "team" for completion.

What do you like best about the product?

Its powerful integrations with other tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Trello further enhance its functionality and make it a truly indispensable tool for streamlining team workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be overwhelming and confusing to navigate, especially for new users who are not familiar with project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my communication-streamline issues amongst cross-functional teams and it's benefitting me and my organization by consolidating dashboards and platforms into one place. Very helpful!
My Monday Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has allowed MySalesHub to streamline several processes and has been essential in our expansion process.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I'm quite happy with monday, I think it would be very useful to integrate with more online payment platforms.

Monday allows better management of employee performance.
The best customizable app
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it could be customizable to our own needs. We don´t need to use other apps, we concentrate our work flow in monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we would like to haver are more levels of subitems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It´s helping me to manage teams and projects by letting us work in the same app. Also helps us to have all the information and communications in the same place.
The Best Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the glue that keeps my workdays, workweeks and beyond held together. It's perfect for prioritizing and organizing deadlines on multiple projects with multiple people, and it's super user-friendly, with lots of little fun easter eggs that keep the dopamine flowing when you complete a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations feel a little out of reach for me (maybe just the inertia of trying something new). There does seem to be a bug that shows up every now and then that will unsort a list by deadline date, but it's super simple to resort it (just click the arrow). Otherwise, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It essentially allows an entire team of coworkers to share a very user-friendly to-do list, keeping us all aware of how each of us is progressing on our prospective tasks, and making it easy to communicate and share documents with each other.
Task List Lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to set up a checklist and then change it when needed. You can copy checklists as needed and then edit. It's so flexible. Plus you can set up reminders which is crucial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could customize the dashboard a bit for my needs. Also, I don't like that automations are limited. I know I don't use all of the capabilities and I don't feel like I should have to pay more for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a huge list of things that need to be done for real estate listings and transactions. This lets me copy the basic list and then adjust as needed. I also need to have a lot of reminders which I can set up .
