Project management software at it's finest
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me to manage all of my teams' tasks and delegate responsibilities easily, allowing for accountability and better time management for deadlines. I'm able to set up individual steps for every task and manage all activities on multiple dashboards for an easy view of different streams of work. This helps me manage my work day and know easily identify what my priorities are day to day. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and makes communicating with my co-workers easier than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any glaring drawbacks to using the service, however, there is certainly room for more optimization and improvement in the future. Monday.com is taking the lead with innovation so I expect there to continue to be ongoing updates and improvements that make the platform even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is making it easy for me to keep track of all of our content production, spreadsheets and workbooks, website build and navigations. With monday.com, I am specifically tracking every step I take on the path toward task completion and communicating with my co-workers directly on the platform to solve problems.
Decent Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to show sub-projects required to make the full goal happen, anyone can see the status of a project at any time
What do you dislike about the product?
Too open-form in places - you can put in my project ID for me, I don't need to free-form that. Date selection is also wide open - just give me a date box
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency with leadership and other stakeholders on the status of projects and their pain points. We have weekly meetings to discuss projects and status, and having this allows everyone to be well prepared.
Life Changing
What do you like best about the product?
I am visual, so the ability to color coordinate my boards is extremely helpful. The boards are easy to move and navigate. This entire platform has been instrumental to managing my priorities and allowing my dreams, notes, ideas, and tasks to live online instead all in my head and on pieces of paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within a board, all groupings must be consistent, so if I make a change to one group, that same change is applied to the other groups in that board. Sometimes the change is only applicable to one group, so it can throw me off some when viewing other groups in the one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me to prioritize - this is the biggest challenge that this project management has solved for me. I am way more productive because Monday.com is my go-to for all things business and personal to help organize my life. I really don't know how I would function if it were not for Monday.

Very easy and intuitive to build the tables and sort the information, with the option to use multi-language all around the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity between tables and flexibility in formulas. The use of one item to many tables is not so easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com has a lot going for it, there's one area where it could use a bit of improvement: support for right-to-left (RTL) languages in email automation. As a collaboration tool used by people worldwide, Monday.com needs to address the needs of users who speak different languages. Currently, the platform's email automation feature doesn't fully support RTL languages like Arabic and Hebrew, making it a bit tricky for native speakers to draft and send automated emails.

As the innovation officer, I've got to admit, Monday.com has been a true gem for our team in terms of tackling customer management and budget control conundrums. There isn't anything to dislike but you may need to reach out and pay for a customised solution as it can be tricky to set up all the processes yourself.

Systemising our business so all team members can view where a customer is, at any given time. Plus we can track and quantify leads in, and resulting revenue

Monday.com greatly supports organizing the work plan of the projects and the team. The platform is efficient and contributes a lot to the organization of tasks and routines
