What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, great layout & great functionality. It is an all round great platform that dleivers on many levels. The constant updates enusures it is listinign to its customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licence numbers start for 3 people. I dont like this for smaller teams this is very ofputting. otherwise it is an easy platform to use & layouts are always improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us so much time. It si great for notifiationas & keeping on top of the company tasks set for every employeee. You can see at a glance exactly where everyone is wiht tasks.

the ease of adding, editing and setting up campaigns and boards as well as using the boards for a variety of function sfrom accounts receivables to facility management
What do you dislike about the product?
that sometimes it glitches. sometimes there are bugs like copy and pasting a ticklist from a campaign page into an item update and losing the formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all of them. Not missing out elements of a project, Ensuring resources and time are allocated. Helps projects actually reach completion

There is a learning curve however, this is easily overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday enables our team to store documents pertaining to the multiple division in one place for all to access. Enable the team to see where projects are at in their timeline and whom is responsible.

We use monday to keep track of all our invoices, sent, overdue, paid etc. it helps to keep everything in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any downsides, its a great tool!

keeping all tasks organized and in one place! it helps being able to check down the list of things to complete as well as tracking overdue invoices!
Great platform for organizing tasks in small companies
What do you like best about the product?
Overall we enjoyed Monday for organizing tasks across multiple people and teams in our small company. The flexibility within the software allowed each team to customize the platform to their needs while still integrating well across the various groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of all the different functions within Monday.com, it was difficult at first to figure out what system/workflow process made the most sense for our company, and it took us some trial and error to build a sound system. This isn't necessarily a flaw in Monday.com, but having more templates or examples of how others have set up various systems would make onboarding the software a more seamless experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped us plan out project timelines and schedules across multiple months and even years, allowing us to prioritize projects within given teams' bandwidths

Monday offers a multitude of integrations that I use daily for business. It allows my team to seamlessly keep track of conversations and deals!

Having multiple Monday tabs open at the same time often slows my computer down. That is my biggest complaint, which says a lot!

Monday is helping solve the problem of keeping track of my entire team's workflows, details about clients & conversations, and a multitude of other needs - essentially it keeps track of ALL information my team needs to run successfully.

The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for me to manage all of my projects and tasks in one central location.

While the design is visually appealing, I think some users may find it a bit busy or overwhelming due to the abundance of the information displayed on each board. But this minor con does not detract from my positive experience with Monday.

It provides a centralized platform where my team and our clients can manage all of their projects and tasks in one place. Our business performance increased significantly.

A fantastic platform that has allowed my team to track our project progress more efficiently. One of the best things about monday.com is its simplicity, and it stacks up well with platforms I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit general. They do a little of everything and don't specialize in one particular thing. However, if you need something more specialized, you should look for something different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us track the progress of our projects, the benefits we have realized are unbelievable. I would say we have been more productive as a whole collective.
A great tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it exists in Spanish – I work in Latin America, so that's very helpful. I also like the customization features of every board as well the simplicity in building each board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't feel efficient that there's no way to "READ ALL" the updates in my inbox. During event seasons with many updates, I can get upwards of 100 notifications in just a few days. So that would be super helpful!

It helps keep all the details for a given event or project in one location.
