Monday has been incredible for organizing our projects and campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility available for making any project, event, or campaign manageable through Monday. The automations make keeping track of tasks very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functions that aren't available, such as automatically assigning dates to sub items based on time elapsed or time until a separate date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday lets us automate our tasks and keeps things moving forward without someone forgetting a step or letting a project get behind.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use and customizable. The work flows and automation provide for a more efficient day to day process, that is easy for members of your organization to collaborate on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to have multiple boards with mirrored columns, and to be able to set automations up based on those mirrored columns does require getting used to, as the product works best with all users utilizing a single board instead of having links to that main board on their individual work flow boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has given us the ability to track matters more easily than other CRMs, through its custom boards and ease of integration. This has practically eliminated missed matters.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a convenient way to store all materials related to a project in one easy location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much downside for the purposes I use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes for an easy-to-scan dashboard where I can review projects due and forecasting.

Seamless organization, ease of use, and accessibility.

Email automations within an item are too basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management organization and workflow. We are able to keep track of what is done and what needs to be done. Productivity is up, and miscommunication is down.
Monday com is really useful!
What do you like best about the product?
I use it every day, not only on mondays ;) Clear interface, nice integration of various apps (like zoom) and automation. Give it a try, you won't regrett.

Price could be more affordable. Also search engine could be updated, to be more intuitive.

Communication with workmates, sending files, tracking progress.

We have the tools to power up OUR way of working. We already use other project management software that had a philosophy behind it's methodology.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well, every good aspect of a product comes with a downside. In monday the main difficult we have is that we have to learn a lot of details to make the dashboards work as we intend to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the information, tasks, progress and more for all the projects we're working on (our and clients' projects) in one place helps ups to be more productive, focused and organized.
Easy to use for tacking and getting things done!
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and can do anything that you need to support the work of the company, even at different stages of growth and with different sizes of team members. It's super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've noticed that it's hard to get someone on the phone when we run into a snag. Sometimes, email slows down the process of clearly communicating and understanding the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For starters, it's easy to follow and understand how to use it at a glance. Next, it's the hub where we store all of the project updates and communication. It makes it hard for balls to be dropped.

The design is very sleek and modern, and user-friendly. You can add users and create different boards to structure your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more add-ons. I tried to add a quote add-on and it didn't function properly

It helps me track what everyone in my team is working on.
