Game Changer For Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
That remote teams can access from anywhere and everyone is on the same page with projects, notes and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
If monday ever went down all our projects are hosted on it. It would be great to have a backup source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the remote team to follow the same project timelines, including clients on the task lists and eliminates the millions of emails we would have on one specific task.

What do you like best about the product?
It's good for small, simple task managment and also for big, complex, long term projects. Monday has got very good interface and apps for different platform. You can easily assignt tasks for team members. Its' great and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I noticed prolem with updating data in mobile app on ios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday organize my all tasks in business and personal life. It's also easily shows me progress on tasks of my team members.

Monday's flexibility is excellent. We have created tools to manage so many different elements of running our business. We are a software company with a varied client base. We have boards for each teas member's task management, developers board, sale CRM, and ISO standards data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPad and iPhone apps a really good but don't have as much functionality as I would like. e.g. I have to create a new document on my computer in order to type into it on my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility. We can see what each is working on and collaborate as required. Automatically collecting data with online forms as requests enter out various funnels is a huge efficiency for us.

What do you like best about the product?
We can customize and keep the team on the same page with employees nationwide. Non-profit templates are easy to use to track donors and our projects. We need to keep data for our grants, and the forms are fantastic for tracking data
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many apps to add to each board. ( not a bad thing) I wish they could suggest what to add based on the template because we don't know enough about the other apps.

keeps us in compliance with our grants. We use it for our crm and day-to-day workflow. Tracking events, grants, customers and marketing. Saves us time, and our teams can see where everything is at. We have monthly audits, and it's nice to to share a read board saves us time
I brought our entire company under Mondays umbrella after using it for my team.

The utility and ease of use for any department and the number of plug-ins and automations that are easy to set up and utilize immediately.

Creating a workspace can be difficult, but the tool is very well explained and easy to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create a solid organizational structure, where you can easily assign responsibilities, and manage projects/ tasks. It has enabled us to change internal processes and create cross-departmental systems that merge and work seamlessly together.
There are lots of features, and the automations and mirroring of columns makes everything we do much more effective and efficent.
The help center is awesome - and if you cannot find something they will get back to you with an answer/ suggestions to help you use Monday in the most effective way.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are many good functions, but some do need some additional development to make them work for the user.
There is also no "undo" button for all features and task - yes there is an archive, however not everything goes there which can be very frustrating.
We love the mirror feature but the ability to mirror a mirrored column, and use the mirror column like any other regular column would have its advantages when developing systems and cross-departmental processes.

Centralizing processes in one area - instead of many different places.

I had tried many app to improve my job, until tried Monday, i will be forced to pay for suscription beacuse it really

It could be more customisable, the black patern design is not good for eyes, i can not read it and i am forced to use white pattern design.

Excellent project management app
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to share/collaborate/track multiple projects with your team. Its also a great way of assigning jobs to individuals and updated the progress on each task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface takes a little getting used to - some things can definitely be more intuitive in terms of UI and website layout - I find the app alot easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is a great tool for collaboration - we often need need a way of including all records/information about multiple jobs in one central place where all the team can access - and this is a lot better than emails / messenger
