What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday.com keeps me on task. You can also customize your boards to keep track of your progress and make things crystal clear where you're at or where your colleagues are at.

I honestly don't think there's anything I dislike about monday.

The Monday App is very effective in covering the daily activities of all departments in the process of planning, controlling and realization.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is critical to the success of our business operations. We can keep our leads and clients organized. Our operations improved drastically, and the ease of use is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everythign about it. Cost is a bit high

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to learn and use when you first start and it's capable of allowing you to utilize more advanced functionality at your own pace. I started using it to replace the spreadsheets that were horrible for tracking my team's daily tasks and now we are using it to track major projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
This could be on me to learn more, but I struggle with some limitations on Monday.com regarding editing multiple subitems at once (I've also run into issues with importing spreadsheets to try to accomplish this unless I start with a brand new board). I also wish the column mirroring was a little more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is allowing my team, and now other teams in our company to track projects and tasks with ease. We are also using Monday.com as a single source of multiple types of information, including retail site info and vendor/contractor information
Got Us Organized & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It allows management and employees to share information efficient, neatly, and to track progress, and has highly impacted the growth of our internal communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Monday interface/website seems to zoom in at times almost randomly in the browser and it becomes hard to see all the data. I cannot tell is this is a specific browser issue or an issue with Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Monday our remote communication was all through email. As tasks increased it became very difficult to keep track of which ones were being discussed in which emails. We also had no ability to track status of jobs. It has almost entirely replaced internal email communication and gives instant updates on progress of jobs and where more input is needed.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep our various departments connected and organized. Easy to use! Really helped our start up get started!
What do you dislike about the product?
It represents another place to look for communications between department heads but it's a small price to pay to keep connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the issue of having to reach out individually to all members of a committee to get their thoughts on projects we were working on and instead allowed us to collaborate together in a more seamless and time efficient manner

Monday.com helps keep myself organized and on task, making sure nothing get missed. It also helps keep the team on task on larger projects.

It can be a little confusing for new members, so addtional training would be nice.

Monday is great for organizing our content calendar. It is easy to assign tasks and follow progress.

Dashboards are difficult to set up and have limitations.

Monday allows us to keep everything in one location so team members can easily collaborate with each other.
