Skillset update for each individual
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access dashboards. Each individual gets to update their details of time off and work and clients and skillsets all in one platform, which helps the team to utilize resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet encountered anything which is not valuable for Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me to know the occupancy of my team and their skills and allows me to get any update needed for any client so that there is no communication gap and hence no issue caused due to the same.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Monday.com user, I can confidently say that it's one of the best project management tools I have ever used.
The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it simple for me and my team to navigate and get to work right away.
The drag-and-drop functionality is a particular fav. of mine - it makes organizing tasks, setting deadlines, and collaborating with team members cooler than a summer breeze.
Monday is also highly customizable -- you can tailor it to fit your workflow and preferences.
Plus, you can figure out the automation to save time, increase communication, and ensure that everyone is on the same page.

The only downside I've encountered with Monday.com is that some of the more advanced features can take some time to learn. However, the company offers plenty of resources and tutorials to help users get up to speed, and once you've mastered the basics, it's smooth sailing from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of project management by providing a streamlined, user-friendly platform that makes it easy (and fun) for my team to stay organized and meet our deadlines.
Before using Monday.com, keeping track of tasks, deadlines, and collaboration was a hair-pulling struggle -- which often led to confusion, heartburn, tears, and missed deadlines.
With Monday.com, we are able to customize the platform to fit our workflow, automate tasks, and collaborate like a World Peace gathering in Stockholm, Sweden :-)
This has saved us time and increased our productivity, allowing us to focus on the actual work instead of spending time on administrative tasks.
Overall, Monday.com's solution to project management has greatly benefited me and my team by allowing us to work in more efficient and effective ways.

Data sharing simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Data is updated and shared real time. It can also be set up to create different boards for different tasks with flexibility, plus you can set permissions to other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had experienced hussle with updating data from google spreadsheet and transferring it to monday which makes the process redundant. It will be better if data from monday can be linked to google spreadsheet real-time without the need to subscribe to a paid service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is able to make data management easier.

The ability to project manage my remote team, and the absolute best thing is the automation feature!!

The notification feature / inbox is not great.

Managing my VA - it has highlighted to me areas which are not working well. It also helps me manage client expectations and keeps them informed with less effort from me, thanks to automations and forms.
I hate Mondays, but Monday I love :)
What do you like best about the product?
Monday made our tasks easier to track and manage. It has this transparency where you can see who's assigned to a specific job, and no need to ask the one in charge of delegating the tasks. It is fully customizable according to the group's requirements.

None I can think of. Monday helps the group in so many ways.

What do you like best about the product?
My team and I use Monday for everything from daily task management to complex campaigns/projects. I'm able to stay on top of the work my team and doing, they can see the full schedule and add value where they see opportunities and we're able to make sure no one is bogged down and overworked. The team are also able to develop campaigns and projects that all the team can add value to, creating a more equitable and accountable workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the automation could use more flexibility when it comes to aggregating data from sub-items into item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of the Marketing Teams daily tasks through to complex campaigns and projects. We also keep track of all staff and their respective requirements from marketing (CVs, photos, event, etc)
Monday.com has organized our workspace and saved hours of work with automations and integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great platform for teams to work collaboratively. Shared usage means staff can keep up-to-date with relevant changes to the business and goings on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making full use of the features isn't always obvious or clear in the beginning though there are helpful support pages to show the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us monitor staff training and competency levels.

We have found Monday.com to be invaluable in allowing our team to work together on projects and simultaneously work and share documents - no more fighting over the use of excel documents and having to plan who uses what when.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any downsides to using Monday.com as of yet - we are still learning as to more ways the software can be integrated with our workflows; however, Monday.com has been excellent in providing support to help us understand its uses.

Helped to allow our team to work together on projects simultaneously, has helped us to avoid leads being lost to follow up or missing deadline dates with it's great reminder and automation system.
