Meeting Deadlines is a Breeze Now
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience using Monday.com for work. I found the platform to be user-friendly, efficient, and effective in helping me stay organized and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting certain boards to each other and creating an automation can be a little tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team stay in the loop about all of our projects and stay on time.
Monday has really streamlined all my processes and projects!

I like that it allows me to keep myself, my team and my project organized. It is also connected to so many softwares I already use. Love it.

The integrations and automations makes life simpler and allows me to streamline day-to-day tasks that used to take up my capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team communications, delegation, automated emails, event planning and tracking, work flow management, budget tracking. It opens up my capacity and time to do other things.

That it freezes up on occasion and I have to refresh.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great tool to help my company manage multiple projects across different teams in a one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike at the moment, which could very well be user error, is I have not found a seamless way to update the "people" column from 1 team member to another. It seems I need to remove them, then add the new person one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with multiple customers, all receiving different types of services. Monday helps us better manage our customers across other teams. We can also easily collaborate with one another from within the app on specific tasks, which is also very beneficial.

Very visual and easy to manage stages.

What do you like best about the product?
At my organization, we wear many hats. Monday has helped us streamline our tasks and processes. It also allows us visibility into what progress has been made on each task. Monday has become essential for our job.
Furthermore, the automations make it easy to close tasks and setup reminders for when things are due.

What do you dislike about the product?
Monday doesn't have many downsides. For our team, lack of utilization by all staff has been the biggest challenge. The large number of integrations and automation make it otherwise easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us better collaborate on projects across our marketing department, and log all of the work we do so that stakeholders have a full view of the volume of support we provide to our franchise network.
Monday.com is easy to set up and use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the look and feel of how to set up your projects. There are also youtube videos to help you get started. I use it to track the progress of clients through my pipeline as the consulting and implementation work is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a solopreneur package. I pay for 3 seats and I am only one person!!!

Amazing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredible the amount of things you can do with Monday.com. It has revolutionized the way we do business. It does the work of 1-2 full-time employees at a reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with platform stability. Since we rely so heavily on Monday.com it is definitely rough when there having issues. If they can figure this out, I would have no complaints!

It allows us to do so much more than we thought possible. It makes a significant impact on our level of professionalism and communication. I am glad that we discovered this awesome product!

It helps our team keep track of all of our projects. We are able to set up automations that greatly reduce the time it used to take to track and complete things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have an idea to automate things that Monday does not have the capability to do. We can send the idea to support and they put it into action in a short time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. We are able to track all of our team projects with great efficiency. We used to use an excel sheet. Monday has made this process much more enjoyable.
Everything you need in one package
What do you like best about the product?
The power and flexibility of this app is amazing. We were able to eliminate several subscriptions and house them all under one roof. We got rid of our website forms and replaced them with Monday Forms. We got rid of our time management system as we now track all hours in Monday. We got rid of our customer management system. We store all our docs as well. We even send client emails from Monday so we can track conversations. No need for Active Collab, Salesforce, WebForms, Hubspot, Sharpspring, Google Docs, and SharePoint. Yay!
What do you dislike about the product?
Slows down when there are too many records. We have had to split up our customer lists into active and inactive. Sometimes the automations can lag a little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just recently started tracking all marketing ours against our different income buckets to find out which parts of our business was using the most resources. In this way we are able to better track profitability by product. We also track the entire sales process from Marketing efforts to web forms to leads to opportunities and to sales to invoices.
