Excellent and expansive
What do you like best about the product?
It's esy to set up as many, or few, boards as you need and modify to you rliking/need. We canq uickly track DOM, DIM, %s, and leads. We use it daily to ensure we are staying on track. We can also use integrate it with other platforms that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit slow, but we have such extensive integrations across boards it could be our fault

We were using excel and paper before, we would have to meet to get on the same page, now it's right there and updates in real time

What do you like best about the product?
Easily assign, monitor, and update tasks for field teams (cleaning crews, safety patrols, outreach workers) across different shifts or zones in downtown. Every task has a clear owner and deadline—no confusion on who’s doing what or when.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your workflow is more tactical (e.g. assigning daily tasks to crews), the platform can feel bloated with features you may not use—like complex automations, time tracking, or integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Highly recommend Monday.com services for project management organization
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped organized large scale projects for our department. Previously, it was challenging organizing the 100+ tasks for each multi million dollar project. We tried using Word, Excel and other services before transitioning to Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints about Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing multiple projects simultaneously. Setting target dates and timelines for each task and project as a whole. Assigning tasks to team members. Updating progress daily on tasks that have been completed, in progress, etc.
Great for organizing with the whole company
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for organizing every bullet point for discussions and plans within a company. With having multiple people overseeing and working on items, this organizes priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we are not integrated, but I will have to look into this!

organizes everyone's duties, what has been or has not been completed and stores everything in one spot for reference.
A world of project management
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things you can do within monday that help streamline project management. Premade boards to fulfill many of the usual suspects, but also the ability to build boards from the ground up to fulfill your organizational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it gets easier over time, it is easy to get overwhelmed by the options available, and find yourself second guessing how to structure a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday makes it easier to keep everyone involved in a given project on the same page, with the ability to update a project and add files, pinging the next in line to know they're up.

Since I am only a final user, and not the manager of the tool, I really don't find anything that upsets me.
I cannot a find a way to love this product, though. Having managed huge projects in the past on other platforms, I find the experience with Monday less attractive.

Great Potential Unlocked!
What do you like best about the product?
At first glance, it is easy on the eyes, I find the interface, easy to use, and dare I say, fun?
I really love all the potential that is built in - If you use your imagination, you can really see things becoming so much more beautiful, structured, organized, quantized, analyzed...
The developers are very forward thinking and I love the new AI tools - Amazing! There really is so much potential built in, you just need to unlock it and get your team onboard!

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit, tricky, to get it to do what you want at first - I admit when I first started using it, doing something I considered to be relatively simple - Became a bit of a confused gymnastics routine.
The tools are all there, it's just a matter of using them optimally, which has a higher learning curve than I originally anticipated. Admin users should be fairly well versed in the functionality and train their team accordingly - Or just give them small things that they can do, at first, until they become more comfortable. Also some bulk tools updating tools are either lacking, or in some cases, need to be added as extensions/apps. Overall I'd say, measure twice, cut once / Decide your goals/workflow etc. before you build something crazy - You want to do things in the most scalable, optimal way, the first time, of course - And I would argue that when you first start using the software, it can be easy to do things in a less sophisticated way, that doesn't allow for all the cool sophisticated stuff - Bit of a learning curve!

It's helping us stay organized and is more, sleek & sexy, than spreadsheets - It also has cool built in functionality, like the new AI columns, for instance.
It became so much more than I originally intended!
What do you like best about the product?
When I was looking for an application to house my spatial data, to visualize the data, and to report on the data, I tried a few different applications. That was when I discovered Monday.com. Not only was it easy to upload mountains of Excel data, but setting up the visualizations and reporting was also easy to learn. Going from several spreadsheets to track data to one application was a dream!
My use of Monday expanded to project management, parking management, access control management, work order management system, security check-in log, maintenance log, vehicle inspection log, on-call management system, staff training log, key management system, and a data centre for manuals, drawings, and specifications. We use it every day in our facilities department.
Anytime I get stuck on something, if the AI cannot provide a solution, the customer support has been amazing!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I wish Monday had was the ability in Forms to link to a data set to pick an item. For instance, in a work order form, if I could pick a room number from a list instead of having to type it in without any link to the asset. This would aid in tracking issues with a specific room or asset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us a one-stop-shop for all of our Facilities related data. It seems we can configure it to do whatever we need it to do. And there are continuous advancements coming from Monday to make things even better.
Game changer for our internal communications
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that is layed out as a social media platform keeps the workflow nice and steady.

It is usually a new tool for new hires and it needs to have a learning process

The communications in between different areas inside our marketing team, also the integrations with google suite are amazing.
