Keeps me organized, prepared and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to create different boards, some professional and some personal. Then, to be able to see the list in My Work that includes them all is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be more visually appealing and easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problems that came with writing to-do lists and being able to track them. Leaves less margin for error.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great way to keep things organized and fluid. The user interface is very easy to use and understand for both our team and our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited functionality to link multiple tickets on separate boards or groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps everything in one place and allows us to collaborate with our internal team AND external teams in a streamlined way.
Excellent activity management tool, dynamic, interactive, and very functional.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the way I can present graphic reports through dashboards, this allows me to have an intuitive visibility of the information about my projects and activities from my boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps there are still many limitations regarding automations that would help me even more with my project management, and the fact that they never informed us they would charge for the use of AI, because in my company part of the advantage of the tool that I was recently sharing was what the AI from Monday provided us, and now unfortunately I have to limit its use and it is a stopper in promoting the use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously in the company, there was no documentation for any project; everything was done through Excel or email. Now with Monday, not only do we have a board for each project, but we also have all the documentation unified on the same platform. We have better interaction among the users participating in the projects, and additionally, we have automations that make the tool easier to use.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about using Monday.com is how easy it makes it to keep everything organized and in one place. I can track multiple projects, assign tasks, and see exactly where things stand without digging through emails or spreadsheets. It helps me stay on top of everything and makes my workflow way more efficient. I also love how customizable it is, I can set it up in a way that makes the most sense for how I work, which makes a huge difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I am not able to add any attachments (i.e. jpg/PDF) into an automated email for drip campaign purposed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday.com, I was drowning in manual work. I manage around 175 projects a year from start to finish, and keeping up with all the moving parts was getting overwhelming. Monday.com helped me get that under control. The biggest game changer has been the automations, especially for customer emails. I can set them up to go out automatically based on the statuses I click and the dates I input, which has saved me a ton of time. It’s taken a lot of the repetitive data entry off my plate and let me focus more on actually running the projects. It’s really helped me maximize my output without needing to bring on extra help.
Easy, flexible, intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It has a really easy to use user interface and is very intuitive when creating automations and integrating with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was better integration with Outlook and there was a better solution for auto population dates in subitems.

Efficiency in managing larger numbers for projects and providing a great communication tool to the rest of the company.

Monday has made our work more efficient and easy
What do you like best about the product?
We love the connected boards/mirror items to work with the same item in multiple boards. Automations are also a great tool to work quicker and take away some boring repetitive tasks.
We have also integrated Zapier in our workflows and the combination is almost unstoppable. Automatic agreements with filled out details, automatic updated spreadsheets and much much more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automations and third party integrations with mirrored collumns and connected boards prove somewhat of a challenge sometimes.
Sub-items can't be properly automated with Zapier (at least not one year ago when we tried)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us a lot of time because of the automations. It also gives us the ability to link items and boards.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is being able to customize our work boards to however we like them. I like that every team member can adjust notification settings, so we don't miss a single update.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike! Everything works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of navigating through emails to find and coordinate project timelines. I like that we can go to a specific project and see the progression of it's lifetime. We're also able to know where files are located and see if they've been approved by our project leader.
Useful all-around tool if you are willing to make sacrifices in terms of software speed
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of solutions in varius problems. Also, you don't need to have code knowledge to succesfully build your dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
When your account gets bigger there are a lot of delays in loading. Also, the 10.000 items per board limit even in the pro plan is unacceptable...

Mostly the internal operations regarding incoming leads

What do you like best about the product?
I love specific features such as the use of templates for boards, the multiple automations that are available and how we can work connecting many boards in order to create our own workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
I still do not know why, even though most of our users in the company can use our Monday form to register their requests, there are still some that cannot use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to keep track of the workflow, the projects and the tasks my team is working on in a very organized and transparent manner. It also helps me to have the information at hand when reporting to my leaders.
