I genuinely appreciate the interface of monday Work Management. It is incredibly intuitive and makes managing tasks and projects a seamless process. The system stands out with its user-friendliness; everything feels easy to manage, and the integration capabilities facilitate a more efficient and faster workflow. The software's ease of use extends further, making setup processes such as team creation, report generation, and automation implementations less cumbersome and more straightforward. What do you dislike about the product?
I think the notification system could be improved. The way notifications are handled can be overwhelming; as I'm tagged in different tasks, I receive a ton of messages and sounds, creating a lot of noise. It would be beneficial to have a feature where notifications are streamlined into one section, allowing for easy review of what's essential. Additionally, setting up specific applications to focus on would be helpful. This is the main issue I personally have with monday Work Management.

I absolutely love the AI columns in monday Work Management. They offer a level of flexibility and functionality that can significantly enhance workflow efficiency. By effectively using the AI column, I can create seamless workarounds for different tasks and project management needs, such as formula columns, making the overall management process much simpler. The ability to extract information from updates and transform it into a useful format in designated columns like 'journal log' is a game-changer for keeping track of tasks like calls, messages, and emails. Furthermore, displaying this extracted information on dashboards enhances my ability to oversee operations efficiently. I also find the overall software to be incredibly flexible, which is crucial in setting up effective workflows. Proper workflow management is pivotal for a company's success, and monday Work Management offers a robust platform for this purpose. The setup process is straightforward and user-friendly, contributing to my positive experience with the product. I dislike not being able to have items directly on the dashboard in monday Work Management. Additionally, the issues with formula columns not working properly on the dashboard sometimes bug me. These limitations can disrupt my workflow when trying to visualize or manage data efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use and intuitive. There are a ton of options for adapting your product to your needs, and Customer Service is very helpful and proactive. They also follow up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are sometimes complicated to design. The mobile app is not helpful. I can’t access a lot of info I would need. It’s very basic. You’re better off using your laptop or desktop

It’s keeping us organized and on time. We can also see where we have needs or opportunities that we can work on easily. It’s a great planning tool; so, it goes way beyond project management. Essentially, it can be almost anything you need it to be

The flexibility and AI features are the most practical aspects, and each user can also redefine them to suit their needs. Additionally, the support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you lose track of your automations, it becomes quite challenging to identify and understand the mistakes that occur.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to organize and it holds a lot of information which is very helpful for where I work. We use the forms, the automations, and other features which has been easy for us to then collect edits and data from others outside of our team. My team and I use it every day, so we love and heavily rely on monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the limited number of viewers or guests. I know that varies from plan to plan but we like to have people outside of our team be able to comment and review things we leave in monday. I also get frustrated with the bulleted lists. They seem to never work the way I need them too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of working through our emails and not having to make sure our emails are our main source of workflow and reviews. It's amazing.

I love monday Work Management for its ability to keep us organized by prioritizing projects and providing updates on progress across the team. It ensures that supervisors receive overall portfolio status updates with no additional work or reporting required, which simplifies our management process. The platform's easy customization of workspaces is a key feature for me, as it allows me to see the progress of multiple projects, check if they are on time, and access all the notes and additional information related to each project. This flexibility and accessibility have significantly improved my workflow and project tracking efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automations were difficult to set up and ensure they were executing the intended tasks. The challenge primarily lay in selecting the right template for the task requirements, particularly when it came to integrations. The initial setup required watching several training videos and tutorials, followed by testing to determine what worked best for the team. This indicated a slight learning curve in terms of understanding and effectively utilizing the various components.

As a team, we benefit greatly from its ability to support collaborative work, allowing us to keep meeting notes and project details in a centralized location, which is particularly beneficial given our slightly larger team size. I also take advantage of the pre-built templates for project work, which aids in quickly setting up new events with a rinse-and-repeat process. Moreover, the platform's interface allows me to manage subtasks effectively, creating detailed updates and descriptions for tasks that often resemble projects in scope. This flexibility and user-friendly design contribute significantly to its appeal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encounter an odd and unexplained issue with monday Work Management when using it for taking extensive team notes over a long period, such as a year. The platform begins to lag on individual pages when there's a lot of content, which can hinder productivity. To manage this, I find myself having to create new notes documents, which isn't ideal as it necessitates referencing multiple versions of notes. This lag in the document interface diminishes the efficiency that is otherwise expected from the platform.
